素人籃球員心路歷程之探究-從乙組球員到國手代表-

Abstract

籃球，作為我國最受歡迎的運動之一，在各級學校和全國運動場所均有其獨特的存在。近年來，國內學生籃球聯賽（High School Basketball League， HBL）和大專籃球聯賽（University Basketball Association， UBA）透過媒體包裝和行銷手法，吸引了大量觀眾。其中以HBL最為熱門，並在NIKE臺灣的推動下成為國內最矚目的學生聯賽。然而，在華麗舞臺和燈光的背後，仍有許多學生為籃球、為夢想奮鬥，他們在鮮為人知的環境下努力追逐屬於自己的舞臺，雖未獲媒體關注，卻依然奮勇向前，將青春奉獻在長28公尺、寬15公尺的籃球場上。本研究者自幼接觸籃球，但正式接受正規訓練卻是在進入臺灣師範大學研究所之後。在一年的努力和訓練後，於2019年七月代表中華隊參加了威廉瓊斯盃國際籃球邀請賽。雖未能與前輩同隊，然而他們的精神和成就早已深深影響了研究者。作為素人出身，研究者面臨著如何調適心態的問題，以迎接籃球生涯更高層次的挑戰。綜合上述，本研究旨在透過自我敘說和訪談的方式，深入瞭解研究者和受訪者在籃球生涯中所歷經的心路歷程，探究其成為國手的過程、轉捩點以及反思。透過這些瞭解，將能更深入地探討素人籃球員成長過程中的心理變化與成就感，以及為追求夢想所做的努力與付出。

Basketball， as one of the most popular sports in our country， has a unique presence in schools and sports facilities across all levels. In recent years， the domestic student basketball leagues， including the High School Basketball League （HBL） and the University Basketball Association （UBA）， have attracted a large audience through media packaging and marketing strategies. Among them， HBL stands out as the most popular， especially with the support of NIKE Taiwan， Inc.， making it the most prominent student league in the country.However， behind the glamorous stage and lights， many students continue to strive for basketball and their dreams. They work hard in relatively unknown environments， without the attention of the media， yet they persevere and dedicate their youth to the rectangular court that measures 28 meters in length and 15 meters in width.The researcher started playing basketball at a young age but officially received formal training after entering Taiwan Normal University for graduate studies. After a year of hard work and training， the researcher had the opportunity to represent the Chinese national team in the William Jones Cup International Basketball Tournament in July 2019. While not playing alongside established veterans， the spirit and achievements of these athletes had a profound impact on the researcher. As someone who came from a non-professional background， the researcher faced challenges in adjusting their mindset to meet the demands of a higher-level basketball career.In summary， this study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the researcher's and interviewees' personal journeys in the world of basketball through self-narratives and interviews. It seeks to explore the process of becoming a national player， pivotal moments along the way， and reflections on their experiences. Through these insights， the study intends to delve into the psychological changes and sense of accomplishment in the growth of amateur basketball players， as well as the efforts and sacrifices they make in pursuit of their dreams.
