臺北市中正河濱公園運動設施使用者對滿意度及休閒效益之探討

Abstract

本研究主要目的在於瞭解臺北市中正河濱公園，運動設施使用者滿意度及休閒效益之現況。探討不同背景變項之使用者在河濱公園運動設施滿意度及休閒效益之差異情形 ，期能瞭解河濱公園運動設施使用者對運動設施的滿意度與休閒效益之間的關係，做為日後臺北市民運動休閒設施規畫之參考。本研究在進行第一階問卷調查之後，依據量化研究結果設計第二階段半結構式訪談大綱，訪談過後，將量化研究結果輔以質性研究結果，發現如下: 一、由於中正河濱公園運動的施使用者，以50歲 (含) 以上高齡者比例最多，顯示河濱 公園高齡者運動設施的加強有其必要性與急切性。然而在女性、小孩及年齡在50 歲(含)以下或在職者所佔比例相對較少，因此未來可以拓展更多這些組群的參與。 二、中正河濱公園運動設施使用者對運動公園運動設施滿意度，以「交通」的滿意度最 高，而「清潔」的滿意度最低，而且教育程度愈高或年齡愈高對「景觀」 (含設施) 的滿意程度也愈低，顯示加強河濱公園的「清潔」，以及做好「景觀規劃」是管理 單位的當務之急。 三、中正河濱公園運動設施使用者的性別、年齡、教育程度、職業、收入在「心理休閒」、 「社交休閒」、「生理休閒」均未達顯著差異，但設施使用者在中正河濱公園的「休 閒效益」平均滿意程度比較高的，顯示市民到園區可獲得滿意的「休閒效益」。 四、中正河濱公園運動設施使用者公園的使用者在設施滿意度與休閒效益的生理、心理 、社交各構面之相關均達顯著的水準。其中「心理效益」與「景觀」的相關水準為 最高，顯示中正河濱公園的運動設施應重視「景觀」 (含設施) 的規劃及建設，如 此可以進一步提升中正河濱公園的運動設施使用者的「心理效益」。 五、本研究顯示，中正河濱公園的運動設施使用者，一般而言對園內運動設施的「景觀」 (含設施) 、「安全」、「清潔」、「交通」平均滿意度只是「普通」，而要達到 的「非常滿意」，卻還有一段距離，顯示中正河濱公園運動設施，未來的發展將還 有很大的成長空間。 中正河濱公園運動設施使用者對於公園內景觀美化、設施的符合安全標準與維修、 增加嶄新的運動設施、園區內清潔的維護問題等，均值得政府單位的改進參考。The purpose of this study was to investigate the benefits of the leisure of the facilities in Taipei city Zhongzheng riverside park and its users’ level of satisfaction.This study consisted of two phrases. In this first phase,the participant had been requested to fill the survey. In the second phase,the selected participants had been interviewed by the researchers. 1. Users aged beyond 50 from the highest portion for the facilites in Zhongzheng riverside park . In contrast women,children,people aged below 50, and incumbents accounted for the lowest percentage﹐so the city government could plan for the participation in the future. 2. People who were participating in Taipei city Zhongzheng riverside park were satisfied with communication but not satisfied with sanitary.It shows that the higher educational degree and the elder user of facility, the higher the degree of satisfaction at landscapegardening. 3. Users were least satisfied with sanitation of the facility in Taipei city ZhongZheng Riverside Park. In the perspective of landscape gardening, the users’ level of satisfaction was negatively correlated with their education levels and ages. 4. There was no significant correlation found between the users’ personal background (e.g.educational background).The higher the degree in benefits of leisure, the more the satisfied benefits of leasure in Zhongzheng riverside park facility users obtain.The canonical correlations between satisfaction of facilities and benefits of leisure were all significant, especially between psychology and landscape planning. It showed that the most important facilities was landscape gardening , It could improve user experience in various of ways especially in psychological benefits. 5. The level of satisfaction of facility users, the total average in landscape planning ,sanitary, communication, and security were just “satisfied”, and the total average was hard to get “very satisfied”now .As a consequence , the satisfaction of facilities had room for improvement.The results showed ,the users of the facilityies care more about landscapegardening, facilityies’s safty standaras,new facilities, park cleanness.
