Abstract
這是我的生命故事,敘說我與我的學校創新經營歷程,如何在自己的工作場域中實踐自己的創造力。我的故事從我開始,回溯人生的過往;紀錄我的創造歷程-窗、床、闖、創;探索我的創造能力和創意表現;我所經營的環境,闡述我與創造力4P理論之間的關係。希望與大家分享學校創新經營的經驗以及我自己對生命本質的探究與人生任務的省思,在閱讀我的故事後能夠增加不同的多元思維與觀點,期許能從我的個案歷程窺見創造力的價值,能對創造力教育留下一點軌跡。
透過自我敘說的文本與相關資料的蒐集,以創造力的人格特質、創造力的歷程、創造力的產品、創造力的環境為架構,說明我和我的創造力。並透過文獻探討和訪談與問卷,形成三角檢證,以檢驗我創造力的表現,佐證我的生命故事的真實度。
而研究主要發現及結論是,日常生活中的小創造力表現,可以累積成學校創新經營的專業創造力,創造力可以豐富生命,可以讓生活更美好。希望教育夥伴們能找到自己的創意方程式,並將其運用於學校創新經營中,為學校帶來更多的活力;也希望與想進入國小學校行政的夥伴們分享個人的經驗,並提出對未來研究的建議。
This is the story of my life, which describes me, the process of my school creative management, and how I put my creativities into my working field. My story begins with my childhood, and traces back to various events in the past. It details my creativity process-watching,brewing,trying, and creating, explores my creativity and creative undertaking, the environment I manage,and my relation with Creativity 4P Theory. I hope that by sharing my school creative management experiences, and my personal quest and thoughts for the essence and purpose of life, we'll be able to expand the multifaceted thinking and point of view, and realize the value of creativity, and have some impact on creative education. Through self-description text and relevant information collection, based on creative characteristic of personality, creativity process, creative product, and the environment of creativity, this thesis explains myself and my creativity. Also through research of literature, interviews and questionnaire, using triangulation method, this thesis verifies my creative performance, and the truthfulness of my life story. The main discovery and conclusion of my research is, the small creative performance in our daily life can contribute to the professional creativity in school creative managing. Creativity can enrich and better our lives. I hope that the menbers who are in educational circles could search out their own creativity foundations and cheer schools up. I also wish to share my experiences with those who are interested in entering the field of school administration of elementary school, and to provide suggestions for future research.
