Abstract
本研究之目的為以商業模式分析臺灣擊劍俱樂部經營及管理模式,並藉由分析結果 提供未來擊劍俱樂部業者和學者作為參考及建議。本研究以半結構式深度訪談法,訪談 臺灣八間擊劍俱樂部之創辦人或目前經營者。研究結果顯示,擊劍俱樂部大多以個人工 作室及社團累積學生演變而來,目標客群以國小生為主要,俱樂部皆位於市區,多數俱 樂部以口碑行銷為主要,財務資源大多數俱樂部以獨資為主,擊劍教練為擊劍俱樂部關 鍵人力資源,收益流及成本結構大致相同。本研究結論為,擊劍俱樂部創辦人或經營者 之創業動機及價值主張將影響整體商業模式之走向,擊劍教練為俱樂部重要人力資源, 影響教練人數原因來自於地區,影響教練正職與兼職來自於價值主張、教學理念、創業 動機。
The purpose of this research is to analyze the operating and management models of Taiwan fencing clubs based on business models, and to provide future fencing club operators and scholars as references and suggestions based on the analysis results. This research uses a semi- structured in-depth interview method to interview the founders or current operators of eight fencing clubs in Taiwan. The research results show that most of the fencing clubs evolved from individual studios and clubs accumulating students. The target group is mainly elementary school students. The clubs are located in the urban area. Most clubs are mainly based on word- of-mouth marketing, and most of the financial resources are sole proprietorship. Mainly, the fencing coach is the key human resource of the fencing club, and the revenue stream and cost structure are roughly the same. The conclusion of this study is that the entrepreneurial motivation and value proposition of the founder or operator of the fencing club will affect the overall business model. The fencing coach is an important human resource for the club. The reason for affecting the number of coaches comes from the region, and the value of the coach’s main and part-time jobs Advocacy, teaching philosophy, entrepreneurial motivation.
