地震居家避難設施商業模式分析

Abstract

台灣地震頻繁，居住在都市叢林的居民恐懼尤甚！地震往往是短短的幾秒之內就產生了嚴重的悲劇，都會的居民大多居住在大樓或是傳統式的公寓內，除了少部分的天之驕子擁有特殊抗震設計的大樓外，當地震發生時，大多只能驚慌失措或是聽天由命。本文研究生依據從業30年室內設計師的專業知識，由分秒必爭、避難所以及結合商業模式之緊急避難設施產業三個方向進行分析，尋求地震帶都會居民最適切的應變措施與建立居家緊急避難方案。 本研究的結論為： (1) 以分秒必爭的避難時間可在廚房為核心的室內避難區得到防護。 (2) 運用新材料與科技，強化非制震建構住宅之居家避難設施。 (3) 以建築新建市場與成屋市場為主之B2B避難屋價值鏈商業模式推廣 (4) 物聯設備的制定、設計、製造與新型態銷售商業模式的生命產業。

Earthquake fears? In Taiwan, where earthquakes occur frequently, residents in urban living cause serious tragedies within a few seconds. Most urban residents live in tall buildings or old-style apartments, only a small number of buildings are equipped with seismic design that resulted in most people to panic or despair to the fate of life when encounter the earthquake. This study based on 30 years of expertise as interior designer; it analyzes three directions, every second counts, refuge and emergency shelter with the business model development, while seeking the most appropriate contingency measures for the urban residents on the earthquake zone and establishes an emergency refuge solution for home.

The conclusions of this study are: (1) Every second counts. The kitchen as protected core from indoor disaster shelter. (2) Non-seismic housing and evacuation facilities can be strengthened by apply innovative material and technology. (3) B2B business model promotion on architectural, housing and related value chain on new and existing housing market (4) The development, design, manufacture of Internet of things (IoT) and new-type of business model sales for life industry.
