Abstract

隨著近來一系列革命性科技的融合與聚焦,全球金融市場進入了數位轉型的新時代,傳統的金融服務方式正被眾多金融科技(FinTech)新創公司衝擊中。全球金融機構面向這些競爭,也積極在進行數位轉型,運用資訊科技將顧客的金融服務需求整合到現有的組織與服務能力中。探討台灣市場,大多數金融機構不僅面臨來自金融科技( Fintech)新創公司的衝擊,更面臨以客戶為中心服務的國外金融服務機構激烈的競爭。 本論文專注在金融機構財富管理服務上,研究的主旨在探討金融科技革命帶來的機遇和挑戰,深入研究金融科技(FinTech)相關文獻後,與國內五家金融機構的高階主管進行深入訪談,根據財富管理專家的意見,本論文提出了財富管理服務數位轉型的指導方針與主要驅動因素,並且開發一套可能滿足台灣金融機構需求的財富管理資訊系統雛型。最後說明本論文研究的局限性和未來研究的方向。 。
With the recent convergence of a transformative set of technologies, global financial markets are entering a new era in which the way financial services are provided is disrupted by numerous innovative Fintech startups. In response, worldwide traditional financial institutes seek to carry out digital transformation that leverages information, customer and partner interactivities need to be integrated into existing organizational capabilities. In Taiwan particularly, most domestic financial institutes faced not only the fierce competition from Fintech startups but also those customer-centric oriented foreign financial service providers. In this research, we will focus on the wealth management services. The main thrust of this research is to explore the opportunities and challenges arising from the Fintech Revolution. After a thorough review of Fintech literatures, we first conducted several in-depth interviews with executives from five domestic financial institutions. Based on their opinions, we proposed some guidelines and major drivers for digital transformation projects of wealth management services. Then, we developed a prototype of wealth management information system that potentially can satisfy the needs of financial service providers in Taiwan. Finally, we concluded with our research limitations and some areas for future research.
