國小高年級學生心流經驗與幸福感及其相關因素之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在研究國小高年級學生心流經驗與幸福感之相關之研究,並探討(一)高年級學生背景變項與心流經驗和幸福感的差異。探討(二)高年級學生心流經驗與幸福感之相關。探討(三) 高年級學生心流經驗對幸福感之預測及影響程度。本研究運用問卷調查法,取樣新北市、臺北市市國小高年級學生,共389人為研究樣本。 所採用的研究工具包括「學生基本資料」、「學生心流經驗量表」與「國小幸福感量表」三部分。依據調查結果分別以描述性統計分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森績差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。本研究發現如下: 一、高年級學生的心流經驗在「父親的教養方式」、「家庭氣氛的不同」、「父親的教育程度不同」與「父親的職業」大部分有顯著差異,在「父子關係」、「母子關係」與「不同家中排行」則無顯著差異。在「性別」、「母親的教養方式」、「母親的教育程度不同」與「母親的職業不同」大部分未達顯著差異。 二、高年級學生的幸福感在「不同性別」、「父子關係之不同」、「母子關係之不同」、「家庭氣氛之不同」均達顯著差異。在「不同家中排行」、「父親 的教育程度不同」、「母親的教育程度」、「母親的教養方式」、「父親的 職業」、「母親的職業」均無顯著差異。在「父親的教養方式」則大部分無 顯著差異。 三、國小高年級學生的心流經驗與幸福感大部分達中度正相關。 四、國小高年級學生心流經驗五項「明確的目標」、「挑戰與能力的適配」、「知行合一」、「自發性經驗」及「全神貫注」,對幸福感具有預測力 最後依據上述的研究結果,研究者提出建議,以供教育實務工作者、家庭及未來研究者之參考。 關鍵字:心流經驗、幸福感
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship among flow experience and well-being of elementary high students. In this study, my intended discussions are as follows:1) how the differences in elementary school students’ backgrounds affect their flow experience and well-being; 2) how elementary school students’flow experience and well-being are related; 3) how to predict elementary school students’flow experience and well-being and the scale of its effects. The methodology of this study includes the use of questionary survey on data collection. Survey participants consist of 389 students from elementary higher grades students. The questionary consists of three parts:Students’ Demographic Information, Flow Experience of Student Scale,and Well-Being of Student Scale. The data was analyzed through t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation Analysis, Multiple regression Analysis. The main findings of this study were as follows: 1. Flow experience among elementary higher grades students differ in father's nurturing, family atmosphere, father's occupation and father's education background whereas it is not obvious in the ranking of all siblings, father-son relationship and mother-son relationship. Moreover, it differs greatly in while it is not evidently different in gender ,mother's nurturing, mother's education background and mother's occupation. 2. Sense of well-being among elementary higher grades students differ in gender ,father-son relationship, mother-son relationship, and family atmosphere. And it is not evident in ranking, father's education background, mother's education background, mother's nurturing, father's occupation, and mother's occupation. Besides, it is nearly the same in father's nurturing. 3. Some difference between flow experience and well-being of elementary higher grades students saw medium positive correlation. 4. Five flow experiences among elementary higher grades students, including clear goals, matched challenge and skills, the merging of actions and awareness, the autotelic experience, and concentration on the task, enable us to predict sense of well-being. Finally ,based on the results and analysis of this study,we made recommendations to education practitioners,families and the future researchers. Keywords: flow experience, sense of well-being
