Abstract

本研究採用資料包絡分析法應用在探索體驗園區的營運績效,此研究中由2021年1月至2023年3月,計25個月中共有456個參與活動項目的團體,做為此次研究數據來源,本研究亦採用兩次分析,一為綜合性評估,將456個決策單元 (Decision Making Units, DMUs) 之投入與產出數據做為分析與討論;二為分類性評估,將這456個DMUs分成三個類型:培訓型、課程型、休閒娛樂型,再以資料包絡分析法建立績效評估模型,使用資料包絡分析法以多個投入項與產出項可以有利的整合資源、檢視組織中需要調整及改正的部分,進而提高營運績效與資源整合的目的,探討其三種不同類型之團體給雄鷹探索體驗園區帶來之績效有何差異並進行分析與討論,通過十位專家的信效度檢測,取得適用本研究之投入項為員工薪資、營業相關費用,產出項為營業收入與入園活動人數,本研究之目的為一、建立探索體驗園區的營運績效模型;二、將活動團體做為三種性質區分來進行評估;三、並將其綜合性與分類性評估之投入與產出分析作為公司的營運績效改善提供方向,進而在管理組織上也能經由此分析法之數據,提供經營者與管理階層有更好的資訊做出對組織績效有幫助且提升之決策;研究結果得出需降低DEA-CCR的營業相關費用需降低55.20%、DEA-BCC的營業相關費用需降低36.41%。
This research uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to explore the Outdoor Adventure Experience Park to improve the operational performance. This research collects a total of 456 groups of the Decision-Making Units (DMUs) participating activities in the Outdoor Adventure Experience Park in 25 months from January 2021 to March 2023. This research is evaluated by two different data assessments which are analysis and discussion of the inputs and outputs data of the total 456 DMUs. Moreover, the second data assessment is derived from the 456 DMUs into three types of analysis which are the training type, course type, and leisure and entertainment type. In addition, to evaluate how these three different types of analyses will differentiate the performance. Then applying DEA to establish performance assessment model and to examine and correct the hidden errors with multiple inputs and outputs to integrate resources efficiently. To be further optimize the performance and the purpose of resources integration. In the expert detection; obtaining the applicable inputs of this research are the employee’s salary, operating-related expenses and reservation services. The outputs are operating income and the total number of activities in the park by the examination of the credibility of the 10 most prestigious experts. This research has three purposes: first, to build the Operational Performance models for the Outdoor Adventure Experience Park; second, to evaluate the activity groups by separating into three types of the categories; finally, for the purpose of assisting owners and managements making the right decisions with useful data and information for its organizational performance, in addition to further optimize the performance and operational guidelines. The combining total inputs and outputs with comprehensive and categorical assessments is considerably important and critical. The result of this research, it has to reduce the inputs by adjusting the deal with specific suppliors. At the same time, the operating-related expenses in DEA-CCR has to reduce 55.20% and DEA-BCC has to reduce 36.41%.
