Abstract

本研究旨在探討創意金融教學「實驗小班」之課程特色與成效、課程成效之影響因素,以及接受創意金融教學課程對學童學習影響之變化情形。本研究採取個案研究法,資料蒐集方式為教室觀察、深度訪談及文件分析,訪談對象為實驗小班中的學童、家長及教師;研究工具有訪談大綱、觀察日誌及學童樂活問卷等。 本研究主要發現及所得結論如下: 一、創意金融教學「實驗小班」之課程特色有:教材運用漫畫類比金融世界、教法富有創意及變化,以及活動豐富多樣化。 二、創意金融課程的教學成效有:能增進金融知識與理解、促進理財技能、能具備風險控管的能力並理解理財的價值與責任、拓展國際視野、增加邏輯思考能力,以及課程設計能激發學生學習動機。 三、創意金融教學成效的影響因素有:家庭環境與教養態度、家庭的金融觀念、課程教材教法、以及課程設計能激發學生學習動機。 接受金融教學課程對學童學習影響之變化情形為接受課程較久的孩童,其在企圖心、挫折容忍力、延宕滿足、創造力、及人際關係等五種心理特質的指數都漸趨穩定。 最終研究者依據研究結果針對後續研究及實務提出建議。
This research is discussing about the characteristics and effects of creative financial experimental teaching, the effective factors of class and the changes of children who receive creative financial courses. This research adapts case-study approach; data collection is based on class observation, depth interview and documents analysis; the interviewees are the students, their parents and teachers of FA-experimental class; the research tools are the interview outline, daily observation records and LOHAS questionnaire. The results of this research are as follows: the class characteristics of FQ-experimental class are their teaching materials which analogize financial world, their teaching styles which are creative and the programs which are diverse. The effects of this course are the enhancement of financial knowledge and understanding, the ability of financial management, the value and responsibility of financial management, the horizon of global perspective and logic thinking. The effective factors of creative financial teaching are the environment, teaching attitude, financial concepts of parents and children, the teaching style and the designation of course which can inspire the learning motivation. And children who take long-term class, their 5 mental characteristics are much more stable. At the end, the researcher will propose comments for further research and practices based on the results.
