dc.description.abstract台灣半導體產業的快速發展至今,除展現出台灣在科技產業的強大實力外,也在全球半導體產業占有舉足輕重的角色,而半導體設備供應商如何面對組織規模持續擴張的趨勢下,仍持續成長並提升競爭力,將是一重要的議題。本研究將以個案公司在組織管理上所面臨的挑戰,以四種可能調整的方式,進行其優缺點的分析比較,作為在組織設計上的權衡依據。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe rapid development of Taiwan's semiconductor industry not only demonstrates Taiwan's strength in the technology industry, but also its pivotal role in the global semiconductor industry. How can semiconductor equipment suppliers continue to grow and develop in the face of the continuous organizational expansion? Enhancing competitiveness through organizational design will be an important issue. This study analyzes and compares the benefits and costs among four different adjustment structures of the case company. Implications about how to deal with the environmental challenges through organizational design for semiconductor equipment suppliers are also provided.en_US
