dc.description.abstract隨著人類社會快速的進步與發展,一些早期發生機率較低的疾病也應運而生,在造成人類失能疾病的前十名當中,憂鬱症屬於第一名,而全球約有3億人受到憂鬱症影響。本研究主要在探討影響醫師處方權宜之因素,透過資料庫之檔案進行分析,並將資料擷取條件設定為精神科醫師面對重度憂鬱症患者,且處方含有抗憂鬱劑成份之診次,檢驗隱性知識、自身經驗累積、周遭環境及藥品成份分類是否會對醫師之處方權宜造成影響。本研究採用羅吉斯迴歸分析(Logistic regression analysis),實證結果為醫師處方權宜會受到隱性知識、自身經驗累積及藥品成份分類所影響。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study mainly explores the factors that affect psychiatrists' medication discretion by analyzing the data files from the National Health Insurance Research Database of the Department of Health of the Executive Yuan. This study include dataset where the patient was diagnosed as major depression disorder and also prescribed antidepressant. It examines whether the tacit knowledge, accumulated experience, the surrounding environment, and the classification of drug ingredients would affect the psychiatrists’ medication discretion. Logistic regression analysisis used and the results show that psychiatrists’ medication discretion is affected by tacit knowledge, accumulated experience and classification of drug ingredients.en_US
