從休閒互動理論分析臺灣關務人員之工作與休閒

Abstract

研究目的在透過休閒互動理論探討臺灣關務人員透過Social Network Services (社交網路媒體,以下簡稱SNS) 與實際呈現之工作與休閒的關係。我以參與觀察研究日誌、LINE通訊軟體對話紀錄文本,分析2類LINE群組,並訪問6位報導人,蒐集臺灣關務人員的休閒活動類型及其休閒效益與休閒阻礙。關務人員因輪班及輪調之工作特性倚重SNS作為溝通的媒介,研究結果發現LINE上的互動包含休閒和工作兩項功能,休閒方面以分享資訊、開玩笑、聊天及情感支持為主,工作以聯繫業務為主;LINE下互動休閒則有聊天、運動、聚餐、旅遊等。LINE出現之後,工作及休閒的日常互動令關係更為緊密,工作面有助業務知識交流產生工作效益,但需要適度分割上下班狀態;休閒面透過網絡媒體的間接互動有助表達憤怒、悲傷、愧疚的情感,並獲得安慰、擁抱、感謝等即時回應,甚至促成以興趣嗜好為邊界的LINE下休閒,不僅創造多元休閒效益,也重塑工作及休閒的邊界。
This study analysized job and leisure of Customs in Taiwan under interaction theory of leisure. Through Social Network Services (SNS), occupation characteristic of Customs can be highlight as 24 hours shift, uncertainty and high-interaction. Therefore, researcher interviewed six reporters, collected chat history of two LINE groups and wrote researching diary since 2018 as resources. Result is Customs in Taiwan accomplishing both job and leisure through LINE, a kind of popular SNS. Customs share information, joke, chat and talk about job at the same time. Also, Customs go mountain climbing, travelling and having food together face to face. After LINE poping up, the interaction between job and leisure is getting closer. Not only giving each other Emotional support but also promotes job benefit. At last but not least, the boundary of interpersonal relationship changes from job to interest.
