Abstract

在「全球創業觀察」(GEM) 調查中發現,比較過去10幾年來,女性創業人數呈現快速增加現象。但從數字中觀察,女性創業意圖雖上升至48.4%,但實際行動比例卻降為40.2%,探究其原因主要為女性對於創業的害怕失敗比例偏高。由於作者夢想將來擁有一家咖啡店,為克服創業的害怕及降低失敗風險,本研究希望透過行動餐車進行階段性創業及夢想實踐,採自我敘說方法紀錄整個創業歷程,再輔以訪談法(5位女性行動餐車創業者),探究經營餐車對個人 (女性) 的意義與影響,同時在歷程中逐一克服及探討女性創業的困難點。目前國內關於女性創業之文獻,幾乎皆以第三人稱探討其動機與人格特質等,並無以第一人稱觀點之研究,且較無詳細敘說創業歷程之細節。本研究同時帶入創業關係人與消費者之觀點,形成生產、銷售、消費三個與創業環環相扣的環節。
In the "Global Entrepreneurship Monitor" (GEM) survey found that compare to the past 10 years, showed a rapid increase in the number of women entrepreneurs. But viewed from the data, although the intention of women entrepreneurs rose to 48.4%, but the actual action ratio was reduced to 40.2%. Explored the main reason is the high proportion of female entrepreneurship for fear of failure. As the author's dream is to have a coffee shop in the future, to overcome the fear of entrepreneurship and reduce the risk of failure, this study wants to start an enterprise in phase and practice the dream by mobile food truck. Adopt the method of self-narrative and record the entire entrepreneurial process, supplemented by interviews (5 female mobile food truck entrepreneurs ) , explore the significance and influence by operate the mobile food truck and overcome and discuss the difficulties step by step at the same time. At present, the literature on female entrepreneurship almost used a third-person point of view to explore the motivations and personality traits, etc. There are no studies by the first-person point of view, and no more details of the start-up process of detailed narrative. The study also brings the point of view by the participants of entrepreneurship and consumers, Formed the production, sale and consumption links that interlocked with entrepreneurship.
