Abstract
本研究主要聚焦於營建業之組織設計,組織設計架構通常為執行任務及達到目標之重要框架,如何在框架下選擇最符合企業屬性的組織設計,且組織調整又是否能因時制宜,適時適所為公司企業重要的課題。本研究以三間台灣營建業上市公司做為研究對象,嘗試以二個主軸來探討此一議題。一、單一建設公司組織調整的原因以及結果,並且探討組織調整的過程。二、不同建設公司之間的組織設計異同,並進一步分析不同組織設計帶來的效益。無論是功能型組織、專案制組織亦或是混合型組織各有其優缺點,優化的過程中有不一樣的觀察結果,並作為其他營建業組織發展之參考。
This thesis mainly focuses on the organization design of companies in construction industry. The organization design of a company is the key factor when it comes to achieving business operation goal. It’s an important issue for a company to choose appropriate structure and make the structure adapted to different business circumstances. This thesis makes three listed construction companies in Taiwan Stock Exchange as objects of study. I try to develop the issue of organization design in two aspects. First, what makes a construction company choose to initiate organizational restructuring and the process and results the restructuring would bring. Second, i analyze the difference of organization design between construction companies and the pros and cons of different organization design. The functional organization, project organization or hybrid organization gets their pros and cons respectively. I could obtain quite diversified results when observing the process of organizational restructuring and i could make the results as the reference of the development of construction industry.
