Abstract

特殊學生尤其是自閉症、學習障礙、智能障礙等腦功能障礙學生常有觸覺防禦的問題,嚴重時易造成分心與過動而影響學習與適應。本文針對觸覺防禦之主題,探討其成因與特徵、觸覺防禦程度分類、觸覺防禦之評量與觸覺防禦相關因素,並據以提出處理策略。並為因應國內現實環境需要,呼籲建立學校本位的觸覺防禦課程與治療。
This article explored the causes, characteristics, assessments and treatments for tactile defensiveness of children with special needs. School-based curriculum was advocated to the established to treat the tactile defensiveness for children with special needs.
