北區四縣市國中特教教師應用數位學習平臺進修之意見與現況調查研究

dc.description.abstract | 本研究在探討國中特教教師應用數位學習平台進修之意見與現況,並根據研究結果提出結論,以供教育行政相關單位推動之參考。 透過問卷調查法,以台灣地區北區四縣市的國中特教教師為研究調查對象,研究的母群體有968人,正式問卷共發出420份問卷,回收314份有效問卷,以此為本研究的有效樣本。 歸納本研究結果,主要有以下結論與發現: 一、國中特教教師的不同背景變項,並非影響教師應用數位學習平臺意見之重 大因素。 二、學校行政單位多數是被動配合推行,教師的學習地點有38.9%。 在服務的學校機關,顯示教師會利用課餘時間在辦公室利用數位學習平台 進行學習。 三、國中特教教師大部分以「阿寶的天空」、「學習加油站」、「思摩特」為 學習網站,是目前使用率超過四成以上的數位學習平台。 四、國中特教教師具有自我學習特性,進修學習內容以教學知能為主,增進教 學新知。 五、教師會自主選擇自身學習時間、學習特性及學習習慣,選擇有興趣的課程 學習,具有自我導向的學習傾向。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this study is to explore junior high school special education teachers’ opinions and present conditions applying to e-learning platform. Thus, we can conclude from this study to offer references for the implementation of relevant units of educational administration. The study is carried out through questionnaires based on the junior high school special education teachers in four cities and counties in northern Taiwan, the research population of this study has 968 people, 420 are issued a formal survey questionnaires, 314 valid questionnaires returned as the study sample. The conclusions and findings of this study are as follows: 1.Junior high school special education teachers’ background variables are not the significant factor that influence teachers’ opinions on applying to digital e-learning platform. 2.The majority of the school administrative agencies are implemented passively, about 38.9 percent of teachers’ learning location is in service authorities , which reveal that teachers avail themselves of leisure time in their offices to do e-learning on digital platform. 3.The majority of junior high school special education teachers use “The Sky of A-bou” “ Learning Station” ”SCTNet” as learning websites, its utilization is over 40 percent digital learning platform. 4.Junior high school special educational teachers have self-learning characteristics. Their contents of continue education are mainly on teaching knowledge and skills to enhance new knowledge to teaching. 5.Teachers can choose self-learning time, self-learning characteristics, study habits, interesting curriculum to learn, have self-directed learning tendency. | en_US |
