碧潭風景特定區自行車與步行遊客遊憩衝突及相關影響因素之研究

Abstract

本研究主要探討碧潭風景特定區自行車騎士與步行遊客之間的遊憩衝突程度及相關影響因素之情形，正式問卷發放期間為2014年4月1日至30日，回收自行車騎士有效問卷245份、步行遊客272份，共計517份。結果發現：一、自行車騎士與步行遊客彼此之間存在遊憩衝突，均認為對方未禮讓路權及經過時過於靠近，另遊憩衝突具有不對稱現象，前者認為後者行為有衝突的比例略高於後者認為前者行為有衝突的比例。二、不同人口背景變項的自行車騎士及步行遊客分別在遊憩衝突程度、活動型態、資源特性、經驗模式、生活型態容忍度的部分題項達顯著差異。三、在自行車騎士及步行遊客方面，資源特性均正向影響遊憩衝突程度，生活型態容忍度則均對遊憩衝突程度有負向且較大的影響程度。四、在自行車騎士及步行遊客方面，「兼具人際衝突與社會價值觀衝突」類型在遊憩衝突程度各題項多分別高於「社會價值觀衝突」、「人際衝突」類型。本研究於實務應用方面建議主管機關可依據自行車騎士與步行遊客遊憩衝突情形研議採取相關強化作為，妥適檢視改善戶外遊憩區域過度重疊之使用空間並落實經營管理與安全維護工作，另建議後續研究可從內、外部團體及不同遊憩衝突類型的角度進一步探討自行車騎士與步行遊客之間的遊憩衝突情形。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate Recreation Conflict, Activity Style, Resource Specificity, Mode of Experience, and Lifestyle Tolerance between bicyclists and pedestrians in Bitan. The study surveyed 245 bicyclists and 272 pedestrians, and the study results indicated that: 1. “Not yielding the right of way” and “Passing too closely” were the serious problems both for each other. 2. Different demographic background variables displayed significant differences in Recreation Conflict, Activity Style, Resource Specificity, Mode of Experience, and Lifestyle Tolerance. 3. Resource Specificity and Lifestyle Tolerance could significantly influence Recreation Conflict both for the bicyclists and pedestrians.4. Most of the type “Both Interpersonal and Social Values Conflict” were higher than the type “Interpersonal Conflict” and “Social Values Conflict” in Recreation Conflict. The study suggested that the authority of government could improve the outdoor recreation environments based on the study results, and that the following studies could investigate from the aspects of in-group conflict/out-group conflict and Recreation Conflict Types.
