dc.description.abstract中共黨國體制下的國家與社會的關係，一直是一個饒富興味的議題。有些學者認為，由於中共領導無法牢固地控制基層幹部，所以中共黨國的力量不可能深入到某種程度下的農村基層社會。然而，事實上，中共透過派遣外來的工作組，使得他們得以直接深入最底層的農村基層社會，動員群眾。基層幹部也在各式各樣運動的威嚇下，不敢偏離國家的政策過遠。本文即是欲透過對外來工作組、基層幹部，與群眾動員的分析，再深入理解中共統治農村基層社會的機制。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractThe relationship between state and society under the governance of the PRC is always an interesting question. Some scholars think that the Chinese Communist Party could not penetrate the society thoroughly, for the basic level rural cadres were beyond their control. In fact, by sending the outside work team, the Chinese Communist Party could penetrate into the bottom of rural society and mobilize the masses directly. Moreover, the basic level rural cadres were so afraid of the struggle of mass movement that they could not deflect from the policy of state too far. This article will try to reinterpret the institution of governance of the PRC in rural area by examining the relationship between the outside work team, local cadre and the mass movement.en_US
