Abstract

2003年SARS風暴席捲全球,因實施隔離措施之故,加上網路技術的迅速發展,我國教育界開啟了數位化教學的風潮。2020年全球再次爆發比SARS更嚴重的大規模COVID-19疫情,各國開始封鎖國門、限制出入境,仍卻然阻擋不了高傳染力的病毒蔓延開來。截至2022年5月初,台灣每天確診人數接近破萬,全台累計超過1200所學校停課,學生確診人數高達800多例,確診足跡相關的家長、教師及同學都可能被匡列在隔離名單中,教室裡出現了同時有部分學生使用遠距教學、部分學生使用實體教學的現象,這種整合線上與實體的教學模式被稱之為「混合式教學」。隨著資訊科技的進步,許多研究認為教育場域可以透過「觸控顯示器」等設施打造出「智慧教室」,讓遠距教學仍有實體教學的效果,但以往智慧型教室的設計並未考慮到「混合式教學」的需求,以致於教學現場的教學成效受到威脅。本研究針對國中小教育領域的混合式教學之智慧教室缺口,訪問三位不同角色的受訪者(包含智慧教室政策影響者、智慧教室學校設備採購者以及現場教師),收集他們對於混合式教學的了解、認知與想法,並以智慧教室的SMART特性一一進行評估,以了解現有設備、未來使用需求以及亟需滿足之缺口。本研究之分析結果與建議,將可作為國中小學校迎向混合式教學的智慧教室建置之參考。
When the SARA virus was spread in the world in 2003. The Taiwanese government-imposed quarantine measures, due to the rapid development of Internet technology, Taiwan's education sector started e-learning. In 2020, the global outbreak of COVID-19, which is more severe than SARS. Countries have begun to close and restrict airports, but they still cannot stop the spread of the highly contagious COVID-19 virus. In May 2022, the daily number of confirmed cases in Taiwan is close to breaking 10,000. A total of more than 1,200 schools in Taiwan have switched to online distance learning. The number of students diagnosed is as high as 800. Parents, teachers, and classmates related to the confirmed footprints may be listed for quarantine. In the classroom, some students study online at home, and some students take classes in the classroom. This teaching model integrating online and physical is called"blended learning". With the advancement of technology, the study pointed out that the educational environment can create a "smart classroom" through facilities such as "interactive touch display", so that distance learning can still have the effect of physical learning. However, in the past, the design of smart classrooms did not consider "blended learning", resulting in poor learning results. This research is about the smart classroom gap of blended teaching in the field of primary and secondary education, interviewing three people with different roles (including managers, purchasers, and teachers), Collect respondents' perceptions and thoughts on blended learning, and evaluating them with the SMART features of the SMART classrooms. Understand existing equipment, future usage needs, and gaps. The analysis results and recommendations of this study. It will be used as a reference for the construction of smart classrooms in primary and secondary schools for blended learning.
