臺中市國中體育教師專業認同與社會地位知覺相關之研究

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討臺中市國中體育教師專業認同與社會地位知覺現況,以及體育教師自我專業認同與社會地位知覺的關係。研究對象為臺中市公立國中體育教師,以自編之「臺中市國中體育教師專業認同與社會地位知覺量表」為研究工具進行問卷調查,共計發出問卷242份,回收有效問卷221份,有效回收率91.32%。所得資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及pearson積差相關進行統計分析,顯著水準定在α=.05,歸納所得結果如下: 一、臺中市國中體育教師自我專業認同狀況屬中上程度。 二、臺中市國中體育教師社會地位知覺狀況屬中等程度。 三、臺中市國中體育教師專業認同程度因專業背景不同而呈現差異。 四、臺中市國中體育教師社會地位知覺因年齡與教學年資不同而有差異。 五、臺中市國中體育教師專業認同與社會地位知覺兩者之間關係成正相關。 最後根據研究結果提出建議,以供教育行政單位、學校單位、國中體育教師與未來研究參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe study aims to present the perception of current junior high school physical education teachers in Taichung City on their professional identity and social status and the relationship between their professional identity and the perception on their social status. The main method used in this research was questionnaire survey. The participants in this study were the public junior high school physical education teachers in Taichung City and the self-designed “ The scale of junior high school physical education teachers’ perception on their professional identity and social status in Taichung City” was used as a research tool for the questionnarie survey. A total of 242 qutioannaires were collected, and the deletion of the invalid qustionnaries has helped achieved a 91.32% effective recycling rate. All data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient were adopted to analyze the data of the questionnaries survey, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The conculsions were shown as follows: 1.Junior high school physical education teachers’ professional identity in Taichung City was above the medium level. 2.Junior high school physical education teachers’ perception on their social status in Taichung City was medium level. 3.The level of junior high school physical education teachers’ professional identity in Taichung City differs due to their professional background. 4.Junior high school physical education teachers’ perception on their social status in Taichung City differs due to their ages and years of teaching experiences. 5.Junior high school physical education teachers’ perception on their social status in Taichung City is positive corelated with their professional identity. According to the research results, suggestions were afford to improve educational organization and future studies in the last section of this paper.en_US
