有限理性下的管理決策

Abstract

在資訊不完全及有限理性之下，經理人往往參照當前的資訊，搜尋相似的過 去經驗作成決策。本研究即以此經理人依循過往經驗而進行決策的現象為研究 主題。在此研究中經理人的決策依其資訊處理方式的不同，而區辨為不同的決 策模式。具體而言，決策模式主要是依將過去經驗分類的細緻程度以及當過去 經驗導引出模稜兩可的意涵時決策者所採用的篩選規則。本研究進一步檢驗在 不同的環境特質與組織特質下，不同決策模式的有效性為何。

Under incomplete information and bounded rationality, managers tend to make decisions based on experiences stored in their memories and similar to the concurrent situations. This study analyzes how decision makers make decisions based on prior experiences. Distinct decision modes regarding different information processing schemes are identified. Specifically, the decision modes are differentiated based on how refined the categories is adopted to classify the information and what rules are used to deal with equivocal information. This study also examines how environmental attributes and organizational attributes influence the effectiveness of different decision modes.
