國小初任教師班級經營實施與決定之個案研究

dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討國小初任教師在班級經營的實施與決定過程。主要的研究目的有三:首先瞭解國小初任教師班級經營的理念與規畫;其次分析國小初任教師班級經營實施與決定的過程;最後探討國小初任教師對班級經營反思後的決定與改變。 本研究為個案研究,研究對象為新北市國民小學擔任五年級班級導師之正式教師。研究者採觀察、訪談、文件分析等質性研究方法進行資料蒐集,並進一步分析資料與歸納研究結果。根據研究結果與討論,獲得研究結論如下: 一、初任教師在教育和班級經營上的理念主要注重學生的品格教育、美感教育和生活教育;開學前的班級經營規畫主要著重在教室環境的準備、學生基本資料的瞭解和親師溝通三個面向。 二、初任教師在班級經營的實施與決定包含課程與教學、教室環境、班級常規、學生不當行為處理、人際關係的經營和融合教育等面向,且在班級經營的實施與決定中,必須對融合教育進行審慎的考量。 三、初任教師常常必須面對臨時性的兩難情境,考慮當下的條件與限制,有限度的做出令人滿意的決定;並且對班級經營進行反思後,適當的改變自己的決定。 並根據研究結果,在班級經營方面,對國小初任教師、學校機構、未來研究方向三個面向提供具體建議。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to investigate the beginning teacher's practice and decision making process in elementary classroom management. There are three main purposes of this study. First, it identifies the elementary beginning teacher's ideas and planning of classroom management. Secondly, it analyzes beginning teacher's practice and decision making process. Finally, it explores the elementary beginning teacher's decision to change after reflection of classroom management. The participant is a elementary school beginning teacher who teaches in a fifth grade classes in New Taipei City. Data are collected by researcher using qualitative research methods by observation, interviews, and document analysis. Based on the collected data mentioned above, the conclusion of this study is summarized as below: 1.Beginning Teacher mainly focuses on character, aesthetic and life education on the idea of education and classroom management and before the semester he focuses on the preparation of the classroom environment, students basic information and parent-teacher communication as their main aspect of class management. 2.Beginning teacher's practices and decisions include six aspect of classroom management and he should consider inclusive education in classroom management. 3.Beginning teacher often have to face temporary dilemmas and make decisions. and he can only make satisfied decisions depending on the situation, reflect and then amend on classroom management. | en_US |
