暑期營隊活動參與者認知與表現之研究:以IPA觀點

Abstract

從事休閒活動其所伴隨的益處,在生理方面就有著恢復疲勞、強健體魄等益處;心理方面則有消除緊張、獲得愉悅感與滿足感等;社會方面會有增進人際關係、促進心智成長與團隊建立等益處,暑假是青年學子最常從事休閒活動的時機,各類型的暑期營隊提供參與者一個正常社交、身心平衡調適的休閒活動機會。本研究目的在瞭解暑期營隊活動參與者的人口統計變項現況,並探究不同性別、年齡、教育程度、職業的暑期營隊活動參與者在其所參與體驗營隊活動的重視度與感受滿意度的差異情形。本研究以參加2017年救國團辦理之暑期營隊活動參與者為研究對象,共發放560份問卷,回收有效問卷438份進行調查,以IBM SPSS 24.0 for Windows 中文版軟體進行資料分析。研究工具包括人口統計變項、參加動機、資訊來源和活動重視程度與感受滿意度等。資料處理與分析方法包括描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定(t - test)、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)、相依樣本 t 檢定(t - test)、相關分析(Correlation Analysis)與重要—表現程度分析法(Importance - Performance Analysis,IPA)進行資料分析與解釋。研究結果如下:研究結果顯示參與者對於暑期營隊活動的「報名地點指示明確」、「報到作業流暢度」、「團隊合作的精神」、「能培養我積極主動的態度」、「能增進人際關係」、「能培養我勇敢面對挑戰及克服困難」、「報名主辦單位之信譽」、「主辦單位之活動專業」、「活動內容與目的說明清楚」等9項應繼續保持,而需集中改善項目有3項,分別為「報名地點方便接送」、「活動地點設備舒適良好」、「活動場所符合衛生、消防、建築等法規」。本研究針對研究結果並提出相關建議以提供業者作為未來暑期營隊活動經營規劃之參考。
The benefits of participating social activities are abundant such as, from physical perspective, to recharge from fatigue and to strengthen the physique; from psychological perspective, to release stress, to obtain happiness and sense of satisfaction; from social perspective, to enhance interpersonal relationships and to boost personal development and team development. Summer vacation is the usual timing for youngsters to participate social activities which participants could have the opportunity of proper social interaction and mental and physical balance from various of summer camp activities. This research aims to explore the status of demographic variables from participants and further analyze the differences of their emphasis and satisfaction on participating summer camp activities among the participants from different genders, ages, educations and professions. This research uses questionnaire survey approach and IBM SPSS 24.0 for Windows for analysis. The questionnaires were distributed to 560 participants from the summer camp activities organized by China Youth Corps (CYC) and the overall returned effective questionnaires are 438. The research tools include demographic variables, motivation of participation, source of information, emphasis and satisfaction of the activities, etc… The data analysis approaches include Descriptive Statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis and Importance-Performance Analysis-IPA. The research found that participants demonstrated high satisfaction on nine factors from their summer camp activity experiences including clear instruction on registration location, smoothness of registration process, team work spirit, enabling self-motivated attitude, enhancing interpersonal relationships, developing challenge-taking and problem solving skills, reputation of organizers, professionalism of organizers, and clear information and purpose of the activity. However, there are three factors to be improved from participants’ point of view including the convenience of pick-up at registration location, the coziness of the facility and activity location, and whether the activity location meets regulatory requirements of clean, environment and construction. This research concluded by providing relevant recommendations for organizers to manage the summer camp activities in the future.
