足球攻守數據與比賽勝負之研究－以2017-2019歐洲冠軍聯賽為例

Abstract

本研究以運動數據分析和邏輯斯迴歸分析，探討歐洲冠軍聯賽之足球攻守數據對於比賽結果之關聯性。藉由文獻分析探討歐洲足球和歐洲冠軍聯賽之代表性、足球數據分析之重要性和邏輯斯迴歸分析在運動賽事和足球運動之相關運用。本研究數據之取得以2017-19歐洲冠軍聯賽從小組賽階段至決賽階段，共有250場比賽的數據作為依據，以描述性統計、變異數分析和邏輯斯迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料的分析與處理後結果如下：一、描述性統計： (一) 2017-18賽季在進攻上的表現較為強勢，所以在進球數與各項攻擊數據上都優於2018-19賽季。 (二) 藉由著射正數與控球率可以區分出強隊與弱隊間的區別。 二、英格蘭聯賽雖然在進入決賽的次數與奪冠次數上少於西班牙與義大利，但參與決賽的隊伍數量多達9支，代表著英格蘭聯賽除了競技水準極高之外，隊伍實力也較為平均。 三、經由變異數分析後顯示，與比賽結果呈現顯著的技術數據有進球數、控球率、傳球成功率、傳球成功數、射門數、射正、射正率、射偏與角球共10項。 四、經由邏輯斯迴歸分析後顯示，比賽結果與攻守數據間的進球數、控球率、傳球數、傳球成功數、傳球成功率、射門數、射正、射偏、角球、反搶、解危和黃牌共12項指標有著顯著性的差異 (p< .05)，分析後的數據顯示這12項變數對比賽結果有著顯著的影響。

The technical and tactical indicators of 250 competitions in the group stage to final stage of the 2017-2019 UEFA champions league were tested by Analysis of variance and logistic regression between winners and losers and the correlation between these indicators and results.Conclusion: Statistical results showed that there were significant differences in 12 indicators between winning and losing teams, such as goals, Possesion (%), passes attempted, pass completed, Passing accuracy (%), total attempts, shot on target, shot off target. Blocked, coeners, Balls recovered, clearances completed and yellow cards (p< .05), these indicators were significantly correlated with the outcome of the competition (p< .05). The analysis shows that these 12 technicaland tactical indicators play a decisive impact on competition result.
