Abstract
本研究旨在探討雲林縣中等學校體育教師風險管理認知與執行情形,以自變項探討在體育風險管理認知之差異、風險管理執行情形之差異以及兩者間的關係問題,並分五大層面:教學人員、場地器材、法律層面、行政管理、及醫療層面等做探討。希冀找出雲林縣與其他縣市不同風險問題和差異性,盼能提供中等學校體育教師在體育課的風險管理上有所幫助。以自製問卷做調查,並以描述性統計、t-檢定及單因子變異數分析等方式進行資料分析,所得結論如下: 一、雲林縣中等學校體育教師風險管理的認知重要性,依序為教學人員、醫療、場地器材、法律最後為行政管理;對執行情形依序為教學人員、醫療、場地器材、行政管理最後為法律。 二、不同背景之雲林縣中等學校體育教師對風險管理的認知,僅在教學人員、法律和行政管理上有部分差異,其餘皆未達顯著水準;風險管理執行情形則皆未達顯著水準。 三、體育教師風險管理的認知和執行情況之相關性是呈現正相關,特別在教學人員、場地器材、行政管理和醫療方面是呈現中度相關,表示若認知越高,執行情形亦能越完善。
This project aims to explore the PE (physical education) teachers’ perception of risk management together with the current implementation situation in high school in Yunlin County. Based on PE teachers from diverse backgrounds as the independent variable, this study examines the difference and interrelation between the perception and implementation of risk management in physical education. The issue, moreover, is further probed from five perspectives: teaching staff, sports area and equipment, law, administration, and medical aspect. Hopefully, it may help PE teachers employ better prevention when dealing with the risk management as well as find out the specific risk elements which are distinguished from other cities. The investigated subjects in this project are PE teachers in high school in Yunlin County. The data of the questionnaires are compared and analyzed based on descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, etc. The conclusions of this project are as follows: 1. The priority of the importance of PE teachers’ perception of risk management in high school in Yunlin County is presented as follows in sequence: teaching staff, medical aspect, sports area and equipment, law, and administration; while the priority of the implementation situation is showed as follows in sequence: teaching staff, medical aspect, sports area and equipment, administration, and law. 2. As for the perception and implementation of risk management, no significant differences are found in diverse backgrounds of PE teachers. The slight differences are only found in the teaching staff, law, and administration aspect. 3. The correlation between the perception and implementation of risk management in PE classes is positively showed; especially in teaching staff, sports area and equipment, administration, and medical aspect are presented as a medium level of correlation, which accordingly indicates that the higher perception PE teachers possess, the more opportunities they have to put into effect.
