Abstract

本研究目的在探討臺灣優秀舉重選手在不同情境的壓力來源及其壓力對成績表現的影響與因應壓力的策略。本研究採用質性研究訪談法,研究對象以我國優秀舉重選手,且入選為國家代表隊之培訓選手(2017~2020年),至今仍從事舉重賽事,並持續參與訓練之五名男子舉重選手及七名女子舉重選手,總共十二名,受訪時間為每位選手60分鐘。本研究經資料分析後,筆者將本研究結論如下:一、優秀舉重選手的壓力來源四個階段時期有七種壓力來源,經研究結果分析:訓練中階段以心生理狀態佔最多,比賽前、比賽中、比賽後這三階段都以成績表現佔最多。二、優秀舉重選手針對壓力所造成成績表現的影響因素有五種,經研究結果分析:訓練中、比賽前、比賽中三個階段都以生理狀態佔最多。三、優秀舉重選手在壓力來源四個階段時期所採取的因應策略,總共有八種,經研究結果分析:訓練中、比賽前、比賽中、比賽後這四個階段都以正向溝通與正向思考佔最多。選手運用各種不同的策略與方法,克服壓力來源且結合自我的覺察與行為的自我效能概念,使本身能覺察自己的壓力來源及其產生的影響,並且嘗試運用行為及認知改變調整該壓力,是一位優秀運動員最需要具備的特質。
The purpose of this research is to explore the pressure sources of Taiwan's outstanding weightlifters in different situations and the impact of pressure on performance and strategies to cope with pressure. This research uses a qualitative research interview method. The research objects are five male weightlifters and five male weightlifters who are still engaged in weight-lifting competitions and continue to participate in the training of outstanding weightlifters in my country who have been selected as trainers of the national team (2017~2020). Seven fe-male weightlifters, twelve in total, were interviewed for 60 minutes each. After data analysis of this research, the author draws the conclusions of this research as follows:1. Stress sources of excellent weightlifters There are seven sources of stress in the four stages. According to the analysis of the research results, the psychological and physiological state accounts for the most in the training stage, and the performance accounts for the most in the three stages of pre-competition, competition and post-competition. . 2. There are five factors influencing the performance of outstanding weightlifters in response to stress. The analysis of the results of the study: during training, before the competition, and during the competition, the physiological state accounts for the most.3. There are a total of eight coping strategies adopted by excellent weightlifters during the four stages of stress sources. After the analysis of the results of the study: during training, before the competition, during the competition, and after the competition, the four stages of positive communication and positive communication Xiang thinking accounted for the most.Competitors use various strategies and methods to overcome stress sources and combine self-awareness and behavioral self-efficacy concepts, so that they can perceive their own sources of stress and their effects, and try to use behavioral and cognitive changes to adjust the stress. The traits an excellent athlete needs most.
