國中綜合活動領域家政科「饗食天下」創造思考教學方案之成效

Abstract

本研究旨在探討創造力思考教學(曼陀羅思考法、奔馳法、腦力激盪法)融入家政課程對於國中生想像力、創造力之教學成效。實驗對象為台北市信義區某國中八年級學生,於家政課堂教學中評估學生在自編教材「饗食天下」的表現。實驗課程時間為五週十堂課,程序分為四階段進行,即「前測」、「教學實驗」、「課程實作」、「後測」四階段,對實驗組及對照組以新編創造思考測驗及威廉斯創造力測驗為前測。教學實驗乃對實驗組學生進行家政科「饗食天下」實驗課程,對照組學生進行一般「饗食天下」課程。於實驗結束後,二組皆實施後測之評量及滿意度調查表分析,對已進行課程效果評估及對未來課程調整的方向。故此,本研究,國中家政科「饗食天下」課程實施結果顯示:一、家政科「饗食天下」課程對國中生「創造思考測驗」的影響成效。二、家政科「饗食天下」課程對國中生「創造傾向態度」的影響成效。三、家政科「饗食天下」課程對國中生「烹飪料理實作能力」、「創造思考的興趣」的影響成效。
This study aims to explore the teaching effect of creative thinking teaching techniques (mandala thinking method, Mercedes-Benz method, brainstorming method) integrated into home economics courses on the imagination and creativity of middle school students.The experimental subject was the eighth-grade students from amiddle school in Xinyi District, Taipei City.Evaluate students' performance in self-developed teaching materials " Feasting Around the World " in home economics classroom teaching.The duration of the experimental course is 5 weeks and 10 lessons, and the program is divided into four stages: "pre-test", "teaching experiment", "course practice" and "post-test", and the experimental group and the control group are tested with the newly compiled Creative Thinking Test and Williams Creativity Test as quiz scales. The teaching experiment was to conduct the " Feasting Around the World" experimental course of home economics for the students in the experimental group, and the regular " Feasting Around the World " course for the students in the control group. After the experiment, both groups carried out the evaluation and satisfaction questionnaire analysis of the post-test to evaluate the effectiveness of the courses and the direction of future course adjustments. Therefore, in this study, the results of the implementation of the " Feasting Around the World " course of the Home Economics Department of the Junior High School show that:1. The impact of the Home Economics Course on the"Creative Thinking Test" for secondary school students. 2. The impact of the Home Economics Course on the "Creation Tendency Attitude" of secondary school students. 3. The " Feasting Around the World " course of the Home Economics Department provides "cooking and cooking practical ability" for secondary school students, "Creating an interest in thinking" affects effectiveness.
