四健會活動吸引力與休閒效益關係之研究

Abstract

本論文旨在探討四健會活動吸引力與休閒效益關係之情形。並瞭解四健會中、高級會員的特性與四健會活動吸引力之具體因素,及會員在參與活動後,自我察覺休閒效益之實際狀況,進而瞭解不同背景之會員在活動吸引力、休閒效益之差異,同時分析四健會活動吸引力與休閒效益之相關。 研究以臺灣地區中、高級會員為研究對象,採便利抽樣方式,實施問卷調查,扣除無效問卷,完成資料共430筆有效樣本,回收率86%。內容分為活動吸引力、休閒效益、個人基本資料三大部分。研究結果發現如下: 一、 樣本數以女生、19-21歲、市區鄉鎮農會四健會、高級四健會員、參與四健會年資1-3年、中區,過去一年參加四健會活動1-3次者居多。 二、 活動吸引力以知性學習為最,其後排序分別為:自我實現、愉悅體驗、享受服務、經濟實惠。 三、 休閒效益以教育效益為最,其後排序分別為:社交效益、心理效益、紓壓效益、美學效益。 四、會員背景對活動吸引力和休閒效益上皆有所差異。 五、 四健會活動吸引力的各構面分別與休閒效益各層面達中度以上相關,顯示活動的各項吸引力愈高時,其各層面休閒效益與整體休閒效益都會愈高。 根據以上研究結果,提供四健會未來辦理活動時,能將各吸引力層面納入並著重在各休閒效益上,期望四健會在現今時代發展中更具其存在價值,在辦理青少年活動社團得到相關單位、社會人士的認同與支持。
The main purpose of this study was to discuss the relationship between the activities’ attraction and leisure benefits of 4-H Clubs. And also tried to understand the characteristics of senior and junior 4-H members, the reasons why these members wanted to attend 4-H projects, 4-H camps and other 4-H activities? What kind of benefits they got after attended these projects, camps and activities? Using convenient sampling method, 430 questionnaires were completed. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA. The research found: (A) The samples average was female, age 19-21 years old, City (District, Township) 4-H member, attended 4-H Club only 1-3 years, lived in the central-west of Taiwan, attended 4-H activities for 1-3 times in the past year. (B) The main factor of activities’ attraction was intellectual learning. The follows were self-realizatoin, comfortable experience, enjoyed the service, economical, and practical. (C) The main benefit after 4-H members attended the activities were educational, and the follows were social, psychological, relaxative and a esthetic benefit. (D) There were difference of 4-H members’ characteristics in the activities’ attraction and the benefits of leisure. (E) There had a strong relationship between activities’ attraction and the benefits of leisure. According to this study, we hoped 4-H Clubs can put the different factors of attraction into the projects, camps and activities in the future. And also consider about the benefits of leisure. We did hope that the value of 4-H can be seen in nowadays society and get more identification and support from Government, commercial entrepreneurs, and publics.
