Abstract

本研究旨在設計一套有助於高中職教師提升「未來想像與創意人才培育」能力之課程,透過工作坊針對51名高中職教師進行為期4 天,共26 小時的實驗教學,以瞭解其教學效果。課程教學設計架構係歸納融合不同領域學者在未來思考、想像力、創造力研究看法,提出「未來想像與創意」的思考歷程所發展,包含:「領域議題」、「思考技法」以及「情意動機」。研究工具為:「未來信念問卷」、「威廉斯創造性傾向量表」、「創造性想像量表」。所得資料使用單因子共變數分析進行假設考驗,以探討高中職教師「未來想像與創意人才培育」之師資培育課程的效果。結果如下: 一、參加工作坊之高中職教師,其未來信念無顯著提升。 二、參加工作坊之高中職教師,其創造性傾向有顯著提升。 三、參加工作坊之高中職教師,其創造性想像表現有顯著提升。 本研究根據研究結果提出建議,以供實務工作及未來研究參考。
The study aims at designing a series of training and development courses to promote the ability of futures imaginations and creativity for high school teachers. This training workshop is directed to seventy high school teachers, and therefore we arrange the teaching experiment totaling up to twenty hours during four days in order to understand and analyze the teaching effect. Research instruments included “Future beliefs questionnaire”, “Creativity assessment Packet”, “Test of Creative Imagination”. One-way analysis of co-variance (ANCOVA) performed to evaluate effectiveness on the training workshop of futures imagination and creative for high school teachers. The research hypotheses are shown as follows: 1. Future beliefs of the high school teachers participating in this workshop would not significantly increase. 2. Creative tendencies of the high school teachers participating in this workshop would significantly increase. 3. Creative Imagination performances of the high school teachers participating in this workshop would significantly increase. The researchers will base the conclusion on the supporting evidence and further provide some suggestions for creativity and imagination teaching for high school teachers.
