臺北市幼稚園教師的教學效能、創意教學行為及其相關因素之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討臺北市幼稚園教師在教學效能的人口變項(學校類別、婚姻狀況、工作年資及進修時數)、教學效能與創意教學行為之關係。本研究以臺北市公私立幼稚園教師331人為研究樣本,所使用之研究工具包括「幼稚園教師教學效能」及「創意教學行為量表」。資料分析方法包括多變項變異數分析、多元迴歸分析、逐步迴歸分析及典型相關分析。研究發現如下: 一、不同婚姻狀況、工作年資和進修時數之臺北市幼稚園教師的教學效能有顯著差異,但不同學校類別之臺北市幼稚園教師的教學效能未達顯著差異。 二、不同婚姻狀況、工作年資和進修時數之臺北市幼稚園教師的創意教學行為有顯著差異,但不同學校類別之臺北市幼稚園教師的創意教學行為未達顯著差異。 三、以教學效能對於創意教學行為變異量的預測力為59.4%。 四、臺北市幼稚園教師的學習動機解釋創意教學行為的主要途徑為:「由教學效能的教學成果影響到創意教學行為的創意教學實踐」。 研究者根據研究結果,提出對教育上之建議,並針對研究工具及研究方向提出建議,提供未來研究者做為參考。
Target result of this research is to study interaction in between demographic variables of effective teaching (school type, marital status, employment experience and hours of taking advance classes), effective teaching and creative teaching behavior in Taipei City kinder garden teachers. This research is sampled from 331 teachers of either public or private kinder gardens by using “Scale of kinder garden teachers’ effective teaching” and “Scale of creative teaching behavior.” Data analysis including multivariate analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis, multiple stepwise regression analysis, and canonical correlation . Study result as below: 1. Difference of kinder garden teachers marital status, employment experience, and advance classes taken show obvious result in effective teaching, but different school type doesn’t show as obvious. 2. Difference of kinder garden teachers marital status, employment experience, and advance classes taken show obvious result in creative teaching, but different school type doesn’t show as obvious. 3. Forecast creative teaching behavior different percentage in effective teaching is 59.4%. 4. Taipei City kinder garden teachers’ motivation in studying to explain creative teaching is “By using the result of effective teaching to influence action of creative teaching.” Researcher of this study has suggested according to the result as well as studying tools and studying direction for future researchers reference.
