國中特教班家長參與及滿意度之研究-以新北市為例

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討新北市國中特教班家長參與程度及家長對特殊教育服務之滿意程度,並分析不同背景變項對家長參與程度及滿意程度之差異,進一步瞭解家長參與程度及滿意度之關聯。採用問卷調查法,以新北市一百學年度安置於國中特教班學生家長為研究對象,自編「新北市國中特教班家長參與及滿意度之調查問卷」為研究工具,以分層隨機抽樣方式發出280份問卷,正式有效問卷241份,所得資料以百分比、平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及Pearson積差相關進行處理,所得結果說明如下: 一、新北市國中特教班家長參與為中等稍高程度,家長在親子互動與學習層面參與度最高,參與學校活動層面最低。家長參與度最高的活動是在家教導孩子學習生活必備技能,最低的活動是到校擔任志工。 二、不同家庭每月總收入、社經地位等級對家長參與程度有差異。 三、新北市國中特教班家長高度滿意學校提供之特殊教育服務,在教師專業能力、資訊及其他支持層面滿意度最高,相關專業及無障礙支持層面滿意度最低。 四、不同家長性別、社經地位等級對特殊教育服務滿意程度有差異。 五、家長參與程度與滿意度呈現低度相關,相關程度介於-.116至.162之間。 最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議,提供教育行政單位、學校教師、家長及未來研究之參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of parent involvement and satisfaction with special education services for junior high school students in self-contained special classes in New Taipei City. The differences among the degree of parent involvement and satisfaction with different background variables were discussed, and the relationship between parent involvement and satisfaction were explored. A questionnaire survey was conducted in this research. Parents of students within the self-contained special classes in junior high school in New Taipei City in the 100th school year were selected as the research subjects. The research instrument was the questionnaire “parent involvement and satisfaction for junior high school students in self-contained special classes in New Taipei City.”A total of 280 questionnaire were distributed by stratified random sampling and 241 copies were returned and analyzed. The data was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and pearson’s correlation coefficient. The results of this study are as follows: 1.The degree of parent involvement in junior high school in self-contained special classes in New Taipei City showed slightly higher. The highest level of parent involvement was parent-child interaction and learning level, whereas the lowest was participating in school activities level. The highest degree of parent involvement activity was teaching their child to learn essential life skills at home, while the lowest was to be a volunteer in school. 2.There were significant differences in parent involvement degree of different total family monthly income, socioeconomic status rating. 3.It was revealed that parents of students studied in self-contained special classes in junior high school in New Taipei City were highly satisfied with special education services. The highest level of satisfaction with special education services were professional competence of teachers level, information and other support level. The lowest was relevant professional and accessible support level. 4.There were significant differences in the degree of satisfaction with special education services of different parents gender, socioeconomic status rating. 5.There was low correlation between the degree of parent involvement and satisfaction with special education services. The correlation ranged from -.116 to .162. Finally, based on the research results, recommendations were proposed for educational institutions, school teachers, parents, and follow-up studies.en_US
