Abstract

台北縣市聽覺障礙學生父母對融合教育 滿意度之調查研究 摘 要 本研究旨在探討台北縣市國小、國中、及高中職聽覺障礙學生父母對融合教育的滿意度,以及不同背景變項之聽覺障礙學生父母對融合教育滿意度差異的情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,研究工具為研究者自編之「聽覺障礙學生父母學校滿意度量表」,研究對象為96學年度台北縣、市國民小學三年級(含)至高中職普通學校之聽覺障礙學生父母。本研究正式問卷共發出335份,回收225份,其中有效問卷205份,有效回收率為61%。調查所得資料以次數分配、百分比、平均數、平均得分範圍、標準差、t考驗、以及單因子變異數分析等方法進行統計分析。依據本研究調查結果,主要的發現如下: 一、整體而言,高中職(含)以下台北縣市聽覺障礙學生父母滿意目前的融合教育。從分量表來看,父母滿意融合教育之「老師的態度與教學」、「支持服務」、以及「法令與制度」;但對學生的「學習表現」與「人際關係與社會適應」的情形則未達滿意程度,但也不是不滿意,屬於「普通」程度。 二、對孩子學習表現的期望為「比普通同學優秀」的父母在『學習表現』分量表的滿意度顯著高於「與普通同學相當」和「沒有特殊期望」的父母;在『全量表』」與『法令與制度』分量表的滿意度則顯著高於「與普通同學相當」的父母。 三、國小聽障學生父母在「人際關係與社會適應」分量表的滿意度顯著高於國中聽障學生父母。 四、不同教育程度、參與孩子教育情形不同、重視教育項目不同、孩子就學地區不同、以及孩子聽損程度不同的父母對融合教育之滿意度均沒有顯著差異。 最後,研究者依據本研究之研究結果與發現,提出建議,以供教育行政單位、學校行政單位、學校教師、聽障學生父母、以及未來研究之參考。 關鍵字:聽覺障礙、聽覺障礙學生父母、融合教育、 滿意度、父母滿意度、融合教育滿意度
Parents’ Satisfaction to the Inclusion Education for the Hearing-Impaired students in Taipei Area Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore parents’ satisfaction to the inclusion education for the hearing-impaired students in Taipei area. Parents having children with hearing impairments in the elementary schools(3rd grade and up), junior high schools and senior high schools in Taipei city and county in the school year of 2007 were participants of this study. The questionnaire designed by the author was the tool of this study and sent to 335 participants, 225 copies returned, and 205 copies were valid (effective return rate was 61%). The data collected from the participants were analyzed by frequencies, percentages, mean and standard deviations, t-test and ANOVA. The major findings were as follows: 1. In general, parents were satisfied with the current inclusion education. Among 5 subscales, parents were satisfied with “teacher’s attitude and teaching”, “supports and service”, and “law and system”. But, the subscales of “learning performance” and “interpersonal interaction and social adjustment” failed to earn the satisfaction of parents. 2. Parents expecting children’s learning performance can be “superior to the peers” were more satisfied than those of being “competitive to the peers” and “no special expectation” groups on the subscale of learning performance; and with more satisfaction than “competitive with the peers” group on the subscale of law and system. 3. Parents having children with hearing impairments at elementary school level showed more satisfaction than those at junior high school level on the subscale of “interpersonal interaction and social adjustment”. 4. There were no significant differences among parents’ educational background, parents’ participation, education project which parents pay attention to most, children’s school area, and children’s degree of hearing loss. According to the results of this study, the author made suggestions for education management authorities, school executive units, school teachers, parents and future research.
