臺北市不同社經背景國小家長對兒童夏令營規劃要素之重要性評估研究

Abstract
夏令營提供兒童寬廣的學習空間及多元的學習方式,然而目前國內並沒有一個相關機制控管夏令營品質,故本研究目的為1.探討兒童夏令營的規劃要素;2.了解不同社經背景家長對兒童夏令營規劃要素之重要性評估情形。本研究方法採用文獻分析法及問卷調查法,透過相關活動規劃理論,歸納出兒童夏令營的規劃要素,並配合國內相關法律規範,分析兒童夏令營的規劃所應具備的重要評估因素。研究對象為95學年度就讀臺北市國民小學的學童家長,利用分層隨機抽樣抽取樣本數,調查期間為2007年6月,發放問卷為890份,回收453份,所得資料經分析後,研究結論為:1.兒童夏令營規劃之重要性評估因素為九個構面,分別為:主辦單位、活動目的與目標、活動內容、設備與設施、定價、人力、風險管理、宣傳促銷、成效評估。2.孩子年級、學校屬性、家長屬性、家長年齡、家長教育程度、未成年子女人數、家庭月所得、家長從事行業及居住地對兒童夏令營規劃要素之重要性評估有顯著差異;孩子性別與兒童夏令營規劃要素之重要性評估無顯著差異。而研究結果可提供家長在選擇兒童夏令營時的參考依據,並提供未來主辦單位在籌劃兒童夏令營的參考準則。
Summer camps provided various ways of learning for children. However, there was no relevant regulation to control summer camps. The purposes of the study were: 1. to study programming factors of children summer camp. 2. to discuss the importance of summer camps from the different types of parents. The study collected data from literature review and survey. Through analyzing relevant program planning theories, the researcher concluded the programming factors of children summer camp. Moreover, the researcher discussed relevant regulation to analyze the factors of important evaluation for children summer camp.The samples of study were randomly selected from parents whose children had studied in elementary school in Taipei. The sampling period was in June, 2007. The study delivered 890 questionnaires, and got 453 subjects. The results of this study were: 1.there were nine factors of important evaluation for children summer camp, which were the organizer, the goal and objective, program arrangement, facilities and equipment, price, human resource, risk management, promotion, program evaluation. 2. the grade, affiliation, the relation with children, age of parents, educational level of parents, the number of children, the family month income, the occupation of parents and the location of their residence had significant difference on the factors of important evaluation for children summer camp. The gender of children didn’t show the significant difference on the factors of important evaluation for children summer camp. The results suggested parents and the organizer to choose or plan the children summer camp.
