Abstract

本研究旨在瞭解臺北市特殊教育學校教師對教師助理員工作滿意度,並提出結論與建議。本研究採用問卷調查法,以自編「教師對教師助理員工作的滿意度調查問卷」為研究工具,對臺北市特殊教育學校教師為對象,有效問卷183份,可用率為91.5%,分別以次數分配、平均數、百分比、t考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析。 茲將本研究結果分別說明如下: 一、臺北市特殊教育學校教師對教師助理員工作滿意度皆是「滿意」的程 度,且對「生活自理指導」及「工作態度」向度的滿意度較高;在教學 協助方面滿意度較低。 二、不同教師背景變項中,無論教師的性別、特教教學年資、任教學校、任 教教育階段別及特殊教育專業背景,臺北市特殊教育學校教師對教師助 理員工作滿意度都無顯著差異。 三、根據研究結果提出建議,作為教育行政機關、學校行政單位、特殊教育 學校教師、教師助理員及未來研究之參考。
The main purpose of this study was to understand the degree of satisfaction of the special education teachers about the paraprofessionals in Taipei special education schools. This study was based on my self-developing questionnaire. “Questionnaire of The Degree of Satisfaction of the Special Education Teachers about the Paraprofessionals in Taipei Special Education Schools,” was used to collect data. The target of this study at the specia education teachers in Taipei special education schools. There were 183 copies of valid questionnaire and the questionnaire efficiency was 91.5%. Statistical methods, such as frequency distribution, average, percentage, t-test, and one way ANOVA, were used to analyze the data respectively. The results of this study were explained as follows: 1.The degree of satisfaction of the special education teachers about the paraprofessionals in Taipei special education schools tended to “satisfaction”, and agreed with the dimension of “self-care guidance” and “job attitude,” which scaled in the highest average. Besides, they agreed with the dimension of “teaching assistance,” which scaled in the lowest average. 2.The variables of the teachers’ different background, like the teachers’ gender, years of teaching special education, where they teach, stages of teaching and special education professional background, have no significant difference on the degree of satisfaction of the special education teachers about the paraprofessionals in Taipei special education schools. 3.According to the study outcomes, some suggestions were provided to the official administrations of education, school administrative departments, teachers and paraprofessionals of special education schools, and the research in the future.
