dc.description.abstract | 藉Co60之放射線的照射,以比較標準ascorbic acid 和芭樂果汁內含有之vitamin C之破壞情形,得知芭樂果汁含有vitamin C之殘存率,如同標準ascorbic acidㄧ樣,若以vitamin C之殘存率的對數對放射劑量作圖,可得直線關係,且芭樂果汁之vitamin C破壞率比標準ascorbic acid為小。又知芭樂果實保存之最高劑量約在10 rad 左右。 | zh_tw |
