新北市國民中學生活科技教師參與師資增能班情形之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探究新北市生活科技教師參與師資增能班之情形,108新課綱推行最重要的改變為科技領域的成立,師資增能班的生成即為解決科技領域師資不足狀況所規劃出的教師進修方案之一。
本研究採質量混合的研究方式,透過半結構式的訪談及問卷調查蒐集資料,受訪者為新北市公立國民中學生活科技教師,並且參與106學年度由臺灣師範大學承辦之師資增能班的結業教師,共訪談六位教師。
本研究獲得結論為:
一、教師參與師資增能班之動機為個人教學精進及因應教育改革之需求。
二、教師對於師資增能班的講師專業度、教材內容、教學方式與實務教學連結度表示滿意。
三、教師於師資增能班進修後,皆能提升教學知能並會應用於實務教學上。
四、教師對於師資增能班提出回流增能及課程分級的建議。
最後,根據結論,研究者針對教育主管機關、承辦學校以及未來研究提出相關建議,以供參考。
he most important change in 108 new education guidelines is to establish the field of Technology. In order to fulfill the insufficiency of technology teachers, the authority has started empowering classes for teachers. The aim of this study is to discuss the participation of junior high school teachers participated in such classes. In the study, a mixed-method design was conducted by using semi-structural interviews and questionnaire surveys to collect data. Six teachers from New Taipei City municipal junior high schools who have participated in empowering classes held by National Taiwan Normal University in 2017 were targeted in this study. The following results have been concluded: 1.The motivations of teachers who participated theempowering classes were personal reasons includingimprovement of their teaching skills and the needs toconform the revolution in education. 2.Teachers in this study were satisfied with the professionalism of the instructors, contents of the class materials and the linkage between teaching methods and the practicality of teaching. 3.The teachers who participated the empowering classes are able to apply the skills that they acquired to elevate their teaching knowledge and skills during teaching. 4.Suggestions from teachers who participated theempowering classes about re-attending similar classes and suggestions about class levels. Finally, suggestions were made for references to the authorities of education, schools of execution and further researches based on the conclusions.
