成人休閒活動技能學習與克服阻礙之研究-以學習自行車為例 The study of adult learning leisure active skills and overcome constraints - as for learning to ride a bicycle

Abstract
  近年來,成人學習逐漸受到重視,本研究目的為探討成人學習自行車之認知期、聯結期、自動期時三階段的學習重點、因應並克服那些阻礙。利用半結構式訪談法訪談八位十八歲後才學會騎乘自行車的成人,本研究發現有以下四點:一、八位受訪者在成人時期學習自行車主要是在受到外在環境刺激或者是社交接觸後才有了動機,並大多採取主動學習;二、機車與自行車的學習經驗可相互輔助;三、自行車在生理認知期、聯結期、自動期的學習情況與重點:生理認知期主要是學習動態平衡、瞭解重心、轉彎、踩踏、煞車操作與正確姿勢;聯結期主要在協調身體與平衡;自動期重點在因應外在環境;四、成人在學習自行車技能時,所遇到的阻礙大多為個人內在阻礙,而因應阻礙時,主要採取直接面對問題、正向再評價與與折衷。因此建議政府與相關休閒活動單位在未來應加強教育全民相關自行車交通安全概念,並讓家長了解兒童時期是培養休閒活動技能的最佳時機,且由於成人與兒童、青少年不同,有自己的學習特質,不易發展新的休閒活動,應建構適合完整的自行車技能學習方式,並透過多元管道加以宣傳。
  Adult learning came to receive scrutiny in recent years. The purposes of the study were to discuss the key point of adult learn bicycle who confront constraints. The researcher took eight employees as the research subjects through the Semi-structured Interview. The conclusions of the study: 1. Adult actives learning bike because of external environment or social contact. 2. The learning experience of motorbike and bicycle could mutual assist. 3. The major of physiological cognitive phase include dynamic balance, balance point, turn a corner, tread the treadle, operate the brakes, and correct posture; the main part of associative is phase physical coordination; the key point of autonomous phase is coping obstructions. 4. When adult learning the skill of bike, usually confront the intrapersonal constraints. They always meet the problem head-on, positive reappraisal, and compromise.
