Abstract
本文謹就身心障礙者成年轉銜服務的觀點，探討我國身心障礙學生轉銜服務之回顧與前瞻、成年轉銜服務未來之省思與建議，以供我國未來特殊教育發展之參考。
This paper intended to probe into the retrospect and prospect of transition services, to reflect on the current theories and practices, and addressed the importance of re-thinking the issue of transition to adult life in Taiwan for students with disabilities.
