dc.description.abstractThis study aims to explore new business models for sports studios. Using a single-case study approach, this research focuses on a specific sports studio and conducts interviews with students, instructors, industry peers, and complementary partners to identify potential extensions of its business model. Specifically, the study seeks to analyze how cross-industry resource integration can create differentiated services while enhancing service value for students. Through this approach, the study aims to strengthen customer loyalty among high-spending clientele.en_US
