Abstract

本研究旨在探討運動工作室的新商業模式。本研究以運動工作室的單一個案作為主體,透過訪談學員、教師、同業和互補合作夥伴,嘗試找出可能延伸的商業模式。具體而言,本研究嘗試分析如何透過異業資源整合創造出差異化的服務,同時提供給學員更高的服務價值,藉此,鞏固高消費客群的黏著度。
This study aims to explore new business models for sports studios. Using a single-case study approach, this research focuses on a specific sports studio and conducts interviews with students, instructors, industry peers, and complementary partners to identify potential extensions of its business model. Specifically, the study seeks to analyze how cross-industry resource integration can create differentiated services while enhancing service value for students. Through this approach, the study aims to strengthen customer loyalty among high-spending clientele.
