中共對臺灣青年統戰行為的影響

Abstract

本論文以中共「銳實力」（Sharp Power）理論為切入點，聚焦於中國共產黨對臺灣青年群體的統戰策略，運用網路社群文本分析與案例研究，深入探討兩岸交流活動如何形塑臺灣青年對中國文化認同、政治觀感與職涯選擇。首先，本研究梳理了中共對臺灣統戰的體系結構與歷史演變，並將兩岸青年交流活動依時長劃分為短期參訪與長期實習，解析其在目標、操作模式與滲透深度上的差異。在此基礎上，進一步解構銳實力在平臺搭建、場域部署與形式創新中的具體手法，包括利用知名企業實習、創業基地與文化參訪展示中國治理與現代化成就，以及結合偶像文化與綜藝節目進行情感誘導。透過對參與中國多元產業實習的臺灣青年自陳經驗與社群分享的跨比對，本研究揭示了感官衝擊、情感連結與價值轉化三層次的滲透效果，並闡明了媒體訊息塑造、文化話語輸出與活動敘事引導如何互為補充，共同影響青年對中國的態度與未來規劃。研究發現，雖然部分青年在實習後對中國發展展現好感並考慮赴中國就業，仍有不少人因比較體制差異而更堅定珍惜臺灣社會的自由多元。最後，論文提出結合認同政治與社會資本等多重理論的後續研究建議，並呼籲關注短影音平臺、網紅與偶像團體在新世代網絡文化中的統戰潛力，以充實對銳實力效果的全面理解。This dissertation employs the concept of Sharp Power to examine the Chinese Communist Party’s united‐front strategies targeting Taiwanese youth. Using social‐media text analysis and case studies of cross‐Strait exchange programs, it investigates how these activities shape young Taiwanese people’s cultural identification with China, political perceptions, and career intentions. First, it maps the organizational structure and historical evolution of PRC united‐front work toward Taiwan, and classifies youth exchanges into short‐term visits and long‐term internships, highlighting differences in objectives, operational modes, and degrees of influence. Building on this foundation, the study deconstructs specific Sharp Power techniques—such as leveraging high‐profile corporate internships, entrepreneurial bases, and cultural site tours to showcase Chinese governance and modernization, alongside the emotional appeal of idol culture and variety programs. By comparing self‐reported experiences and online posts of Taiwanese interns across diverse Chinese industries, the research uncovers a three‐tiered model of infiltration—sensory impact, emotional linkage, and value transformation—and demonstrates how media framing, cultural discourse, and event‐driven narratives interact to influence youths’ attitudes toward China and their future planning. Findings reveal that while some participants develop positive views of China’s development and consider employment there, many reaffirm their appreciation for Taiwan’s pluralistic freedoms. The dissertation concludes with recommendations for future research integrating identity politics and social capital theories, and calls attention to the propaganda potential of short‐video platforms, influencers, and idol groups within contemporary network culture.
