排球舉球員表現效益評定標準之研究分析

Abstract
本研究主要探討大專舉球員評定標準與本研究新編舉球員評定標準之差異情形,目的:ㄧ、編製排球舉球員表現效益之評定標準,二、依本研究新編評定標準分析比賽結果舉球技術排名與大會舉球技術排名之差異。方法:ㄧ、編製排球舉球員表現效益之評定標準採用深入訪談法,以晉級110大專排球公開一級男子組決賽之選手及教練為訪談對象,調查專家學者對大專舉球評定標準及本研究新編舉球員評定標準之看法。二、依本研究新編舉球員評定標準針對110大專排球公開一級男子組決賽進行實地研究分析。結果:ㄧ、專家學者認為大專舉球員評定標準的內容有待商榷,並肯定本研究新編舉球員評定標準。因此,期盼能透過實地研究110大專排球公開一級男子組決賽,探討大專舉球技術排名與本研究舉球技術排名之差異性。二、依本研究新編舉球員評定標準實際登記比賽之結果,發現本研究依多項指標之排名結果,異於大專單一指標之排名結果,且本研究提出之舉球員評定標準能更有效體現舉球員技術之內涵。結論:舉球員評定標準需加入不同指標,舉球員球質好壞、攻擊手表現情形和一傳接離好球位情況下的評定標準及記錄人員的選用原則,如此不僅能增進我國舉球員舉球技術也能降低記錄員判定上的失誤率,提供給往後辦理排球比賽相關人員對舉球員評定標準之參考。
This study mainly discussed the differences between the evaluation criteria of college and university volleyball setters and the new evaluation criteria proposed by this study.The purposes of this study is first to establish the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of volleyball setters’ performance; second, to analyze the differences between the technique rankings of setting from the match results announced by the Sports Federation and from the new evaluation criteria of this study.Two methods were adopted. First, in-depth interviews were used to collect the perspectives of players and coaches from the finals in 110 University Volleyball League First Division of Male on the evaluation criteria of college and university volleyball setters and the new evaluation criteria of this study. Second, filed research were also conducted to the finals in 110 University Volleyball League First Division of Male with the new evaluation criteria of this study.Two results were obtained. First, experts and scholars believed that the evaluation criteria of college and university volleyball setters remained to be discussed. However, they gave recognition to the new evaluation criteria in this study. Therefore, it is expected to explore the differences of technique rankings of setters with the new evaluation criteria from the field research. Second, according to the multiple indicators of the new evaluation criteria in this study, the ranking result was found to be different from that of the single indicator of college and university evaluation criteria, and the evaluation criteria proposed in this study can more effectively reflect the setters’ connotation.In conclusion, it is considered necessary to add different indicators to the evaluation criteria of a volleyball setter, such as the quality of settings, the performance of the attackers, circumstances when the fist-pass is away from a good position, and the selection principles of the recorders. In this way, the new evaluation criteria not only help to improve the techniques of a volleyball player, but reduce the error rate of the recorders and provide references for related personnel in evaluating setters in the future.
