影響消費者購買商業長期照顧保險因素探討

Abstract
台灣人口老化造成社會扶養負擔快速增加,提早規劃長期照顧保險可以降低經濟負擔,本研究探討消費者對於購買長期照顧保險意願做假設,以健康狀況、健康意識、對未來不確定感及人口統計,個別對應產品購買意願是否有相關因素。本研究目的在於探討影響商業長期照顧保險購買之關鍵因素,藉由文獻回顧歸納影響商業長期照顧保險購買之關鍵因素。主要針對消費者構面採用問卷調查法,研究對象不限制特定族群,共計回收200份有效問卷,目標為找出因素間的因果關係,以及相關重要構面及評估因素,進而可供決策參考及改善措施使用。本研究結果顯示消費者的健康意識及對未來不確定感都會正向影響商業長期照顧保險購買意願。
The aging population in Taiwan has caused a rapid increase in the burden of social support. Early planning of long-term care insurance can reduce the economic burden. This study explores consumers' assumptions about the willingness to purchase long-term care insurance, based on health status, health awareness, sense of uncertainty about the future, and demographics. Whether there are relevant factors for the purchase intention of individual corresponding products. The purpose of this study is to explore the key factors that affect the purchase of commercial long-term care insurance, and summarize the key factors that affect the purchase of commercial long-term care insurance through literature review. The questionnaire survey method is mainly aimed at the consumer aspect. The research object is not limited to specific ethnic groups. A total of 200 valid questionnaires have been recovered. The goal is to find out the causal relationship between factors, as well as related important aspects and evaluation factors, which can be used as a reference for decision-making and Use of improvement measures.The results of this study show that consumers' health awareness and sense of uncertainty about the future will positively affect their willingness to purchase commercial long-term care insurance.
