吳佳穎女子十公尺空氣手槍個案研究

Abstract

本個案研究是針對2016年巴西‧里約奧林匹克運動會射擊項目–女子十公尺空 氣手槍在賽前、賽中、賽後所做一系列準備，其中包括：計畫、執行，加上最後的檢討。選手平時就必須要培養決斷力，且須克服緊張造成心理層面的恐懼，及排除比賽中猶豫不決的訓練，進而提高專注力、自信心和快速反應且正確的競賽技能。本報告分為四章，內容如下：一.緒論：敘述筆者本身經歷，以及筆者個案描述。二.學理基礎：依據文獻說明十公尺空氣手槍技術分析及名詞定義與解釋。三.訓練計畫及方法：如專注力訓練、生活規範……。四.參賽過程和結果。本競賽實務報告透過比賽心得、體驗、領悟、實際配合訓練等，藉以提供為日後教練及選手參考。

The case study focuses on the series of preparation work before, during and after a shooting event of the Olympic Games 2016 held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil –– the women’s 10-meter air pistol event, with the preparation work covering planning, execution and final review. On a daily basis the contestant needs to develop judgement, the ability to overcome fear caused by nervousness in psychological aspect, have the training to get rid of hesitation in the game, and furthermore, have correct competition skills, such as enhanced concentration of attention, self-confidence, and quick response. The paper is divided into four chapters with contents as follows: 1. Introduction: It gives a brief introduction of the personal profile and learning experience of the researcher herself. 2. Theoretical basis: According to the previous literature, the paper explains the technical analysis of 10-meter air pistol event, and defines and explains the related terms. 3. Training plan and method: They include training of concentration, daily regimens … etc. 4. Process and result of the participated event. This report of competition practice is presented through review of the competition, experience, understanding and actual training, and can be provided as a reference for the coaches and contestants of shooting in the future.
