dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討國民中學特教組長公共關係策略之應用與溝通行為之現況,並比較不同背景變項在公共關係策略之應用與溝通行為之差異,以及分析瞭解公共關係策略之應用與溝通行為之間的相關與預測情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,以臺北市、新北市、基隆市國民中學特教組長為對象,進行分層隨機抽樣。研究工具為自編之「國民中學特教組長應用公共關係策略與溝通行為問卷」,共發出109份問卷,回收有效問卷104份。所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費法、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析進行統計分析,研究結論歸納如下: 一、國民中學特教組長應用公共關係策略為「中高程度」。 二、國民中學特教組長之溝通行為屬「中高程度」。 三、國民中學特教組長之應用公共關係策略不因不同背景變項而有顯著差異。 四、國民中學特教組長之溝通行為不因不同背景變項而有顯著差異。 五、國民中學特教組長在應用公共關係策略與溝通行為有顯著正相關。 六、國民中學特教組長應用公共關係策略對溝通行為有顯著之預測力。 根據上述研究結果提出建議,提供特教組長、學校行政人員、普通班教師、師資培育機構、教育行政機關、家長、社區民眾,以及未來研究,作為參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractResearch addressing the investigation of current status on section chiefs of special education in junior high schools using public relations strategies and communication behavior and variables of special education section chiefs with different background are also discussed. Correlation and prediction between using public relations strategies and communication behavior are explored in this study. Using questionnaire survey procedure in this study, self-designed “Questionnaire for special education section chiefs in junior high schools using public relations strategies and communication behavior ” was sent to 109 section chiefs of special education in junior high schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung City by stratified random sampling and the valid questionnaires are 104. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe’ method, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Summaries of this study are as follows: 1. The perception of the special education section chiefs in junior high schools using public relations strategies is in the higher-medium level. 2. The perception of the special education section chiefs in junior high schools on communication behavior is in the higher-medium level. 3. There is no significant difference to special education section chiefs with backgrounds varieties in junior high schools using public relations strategies. 4. There is no significant difference to special education section chiefs with backgrounds varieties in junior high schools on communication behavior. 5. There is significant positive correlation between special education section chiefs in junior high schools using public relations strategies and communication behavior. 6. Special education section chiefs in junior high schools using public relations strategies shows significant prediction to communication behavior. The suggestions made from the conclusion of this study are offered to be the references for section chiefs of special education, school administrators, ordinary teachers, centers for teacher education, educational administration authorities, parents, community and future studies.en_US
