社區自學團體與學習資源網絡發展之研究

Abstract
本研究以一個社區自學團體(以自學團簡稱之)為研究個案,研究範圍以自學團為核心,以社會資本概念剖析自學團的發展歷程與學習資源的使用現況,再以Ivan Iliich的非學校化社會理念探討自學團學習資源網絡拓展的未來性。研究者以訪談為主要資料來源,輔以實地觀察的紀錄,結合相關文獻分析,深入探究自學團如何將學習網絡從社區拓展至外部,運用並整合各類學習資源於教學場域及辦理各式學習活動,希望從中找出另類教育辦學的資源搭夥之實踐路徑。
依據研究發現,歸納出四個研究結論:
一、社區為自學團的發展基礎。
二、拓展學習資源是自學團發展必經之路。
三、學習資源拓展的困境來自於社會普遍對於自學團的不了解,造成公共資源的開放性不足。
四、自學團的未來發展繫於社會資本和資源網絡的持續開拓。
最後根據研究發現與結論,提出相關建議,以供自學團、政府及後續研究者參考。
This study describes the learning resource network of a community-schooling group. This study adopts a social capital perspective and the idea of deschooling society by Ivan Illich to analyze the current situations of the community-schooling group and the expansion of its learning resource network. In order to explore the case stud, the researcher collected data through interviews and observation, and documents of the group. The study results and conclusion as follow: 1.The development of the community-schooling group is underscored by the community relation and resources. 2.To expand learning resources is necessary for the development of this community-schooling group. 3.The major dilemma of expanding learning resources is that the mainstream public lacks the common understanding of the community-schooling group and the limitation of public resources sharing. 4.The future of the community-schooling group replies on its interdependence of social capital and the expansion of public learning resources. According to the findings and conclusions of this research, the study comes up with useful suggestions to home schooling groups, the government and future research.
