臺北市運動中心領導型態與組織氣氛對團隊凝聚力影響之研究
Abstract
臺北市於2010年8月29日文山運動中心正式營運,達成「一區一中心」之目標,12座運動中心亦成為市民朋友休閒運動之首要選擇,本研究以臺北市10座運動中心之400位正式編制員工為研究對象,旨在探討臺北市運動中心領導型態與組織氣氛對團隊凝聚力之影響,以及員工對領導型態、組織氣氛、團隊凝聚力感受之差異。所得資料以單一樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析瞭解基本變項對領導型態、組織氣氛與團隊凝聚力是否有差異,運用迴歸分析瞭解領導型態及組織氣氛對團隊凝聚力之影響。研究發現一、運動中心員工以女性30歲以下,大學畢業,年資1年以內為主。二、不同性別、年齡、職級之員工在領導型態上呈現顯著差異。三、不同性別、職級、薪資、年資之員工在組織氣氛上呈現顯著差異。四、不同基本變項在團隊凝聚力上未呈現顯著差異。五、領導型態、組織氣氛與團隊凝聚力呈現顯著的正相關。六、組織氣氛中「認同」構面對團隊凝聚力有顯著的預測能力。基此,本研究建議領導者可強化領導彈性與組織之活力等方式達到組織氣氛之塑造,進而提升團隊凝聚力。
Taipei Wen Shan Sports Center officially opened to achieve the goal of “One Sports Center in A District”on August 29, 2010. The twelve sports centers have become the best sporting choice for people. The purpose of this study targets at official employees working at 10 municipal sports centers in Taipei and aims at exploring the relationship among leadership, organization climate and team cohesiveness. Two hundred fifty six questionnaires were sent out to official employees, and two hundred twenty nine responses were received. Based on the data collected from questionnaires, data analyses were performed by descriptive statistics, independent sample analysis t-test and One way ANOVA. The results showed as following: 1.Most of the employees in Taipei municipal sports centers were female, ages under 30, with a bachelor degree and less one year seniority. 2.The employees whose gender, age and position in leadership had a significant difference. 3.The employees whose gender, position, salary and seniority in organization climate had a significant difference. 4.There was no significant difference in team cohesiveness. 5.Leadership had a positive correlation with team cohesiveness. 6.Organization climate had a positive correlation with team cohesiveness. 7.The identity of organizational climate in team cohesiveness had significant predictability. According to the outcomes of the study, suggestions were provided for sports centers management to adapt raising salary and promotion system to create a healthier organizational climate and stronger team cohesiveness.
