dc.description.abstract臺灣蘊藏著豐富及多元的生態與人文資源，為發展生態旅遊具潛力的地區，而生態旅遊地的服務品質將影響遊客遊憩體驗。因此，本研究目的係以生態旅遊地服務項目為基礎，瞭解遊客、經營管理者及遊程規劃者對於國家森林遊樂區服務品質要素之屬性。研究方法利用二維品質模式，分析經營管理者及遊程規劃者之焦點團體訪談和深度訪談的資料，並且擷取行政院農業委員會林務局「國家森林遊樂區活動綜合效益之評估」計畫作為遊客二手資料之分析。本研究結果為：一、重視生態資源多樣性及豐富性的維持；二、提供多元及充足的環境教育設施及機會；三、確保設施形式與色彩與當地環境的協調性，及推廣及教育監測及保育的意涵及重要性，並且展現當地的特色文化；四、強化園區與社區資源的結合與整合；五、由專業的生態旅遊人員經營，且確保相關的安全設施與裝備。根據研究結果，本研究建議相關單位須確保經營管理構面服務的具備程度、瞭解遊客的需求且注意遊客所重視的服務，並強化園區與社區資源的結合，藉以提供高品質的服務，使遊客於國家森林遊樂區內獲得良好的生態旅遊遊憩體驗。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractApplying nature and culture resource to develop eco-tourism is the important policy in Taiwan. The purpose of this study is to investigate the service elements of National Forest Recreation Areas from visitors, managers, and tour programmers’ approaches. The methods of study included focus group, depth-interview, and reviewed the visitor data from Forestry Bureau project. The data was classified by two-dimensional quality model to catalog the elements. The result of this research as following: (1) It was important to maintain the ecological resources diversity and richly. (2) Facilities and opportunities for Environmental education should be various. (3) The type and color of facilities were coordinated with the local environment. On the other hand, environment monitoring and natural conservation were important issues to educate visitors. In addition, local culture should be demonstrated. (4) The resources of National Forest Recreation Areas and local community should be combined. (5) The management with professional occupation in eco-tourism was very important. The suggestions of the study were to ensure the services of management, comprehend the demand of visitor, and strengthen the combining of local resources.en_US
