Abstract

本論文探索核心能力的研究過程,示範出以標案為導向的企業管理價值創新之解決方案。核心能力的價值管理模式,經由不斷地維持、改善與提升,為邁向價值創新與永續競爭優勢之途徑。公司經營追求永續經營,需搭配獎酬制度的實施才能發揮出綜效的效果,員工自主負責,利潤共享,構成自主管理的理想方式。研究為探究企業的經營如何有別於競爭者且立於不敗之地,如何從企業的核心能力找出價值創新的解決方案與永續發展的長期目標。本研究採取質性研究,在營運管理方面之核心能力,並探討其價值管理的模式。
This dissertation aims at the research exploring core competence and the actualization of the practical solution for managing value innovation in the bidding-oriented business. The core competence to carry out the value management model facilitates value innovation and sustainable competitive advantage through continuous maintenance, improvement, and promotion. Businesses pursue sustainable operation, which needs to be combined with the implementation of the incentive measurement to achieve synergistic effects. Employees are responsible for themselves and the shared profits, which constitutes an ideal way of self-management. The current research attempts to explore how the operation of the business is different from its competitors and how the invincibility of the business may be realized, and how to carve out the solution for value innovation and the sustainable development of long-term goals from the consistent development of core competence. This research employs a qualitative research methodology, advances the core competencies in operations management, and develops the value management model.
