Abstract

現在是媒體匯流的時代,然而臺灣媒體百家爭鳴,讓「點閱率」成為業者非常重視的市場策略。本研究目的以體育記者之勞動實況和產製邏輯,推論媒體匯流下體育新聞在臺灣的價值與課題。資料蒐集方法先以完全參與者的身份在A新聞網參與觀察,再對七位體育記者進行半結構式深度訪談。本研究認為,在臺灣媒體環境普遍以軟性、搶快和追「梗」,作為拼搏點閱的策略下,體育新聞除了表現瑣碎、片段和同質化。當媒體間利用其附帶的數字成績作為競爭角力工具時,更捨本逐末,弱化了體育新聞價值,同時形塑和內化體育記者得追求點閱的產製邏輯。因此,體育記者在自我與數字之間游移和掙扎,並在不斷抵抗、妥協而陷入自我辯解的過程裡,為自己找到最舒服的生存法則。
We are living in an era of media convergence. However, the intense competition among numerous media brands has led Taiwan's news industry to heavily prioritize Click-Through Rates (CTR) as a measurement of success. This research focus on the value and challenges of sports news in Taiwan in the era of media convergence. Data were collected as a complete participant on the News website A and through interviews with seven sports journalists. As news production tends to prioritize soft, real-time, and engaging content, sports news often becomes fragmented, superficial, and lacking diversity. When media outlets prioritize numerical performance as a tool against competition, the value of sports news can be overlooked. This situation shapes the news production logic of sports journalism and sports journalists feel compelled to prioritize CTR. Consequently, sports journalists find themselves navigating between their professional integrity and the demands of digital metrics. They constantly struggle, resist, and compromise while engaging in self-justification as they search for the most effective survival strategies.
